They are kak verby when it come to service. Have to wait until the day of the funeral for a death certificate and that is unacceptable. The lady at the mitchells plain office is unprofessional and rude. She has not empathy or a way in which to speak to grieving families and Everyone will know who am taking about.She is cold as Ice and should rather be a prison warden and not be in the funeral service business.V plan should review there staff and how they deal with people. Also the service they offer and do for their clients is lacking and years behind other funeral services.

We waited 7days for a death certificate, whereby Hanover Park Hospital is not as busy as a district hospital. I am utterly disgusted by their services. Being a member of 32years meant nothing....

Wouldnt give a rate bad service!!!My grandmother had this plan all the years now that shes not there!!! We trying to call the office to come and get the body no answer!!! What I did was I called all the branchs still no answer wheres the night shift staff
