I so love shopping here, its always convinient and their produce is always fresh. The only down side to it its the cashiers, especially the older ones😒 they not friendly not at all, always interested in selling a plastic. The younger ones do it for me always friendly and smiling.

Quslity food at a good price

I am from Uitzicht Durbanville with a rotten pack of patatoes 7kg which cost me more than R70. Phone them I need to bring my tislip in order to replace it. Is that now really worth it driving all the way back to Brackenfell Mays Market. Will never buy from them again!

Not too big but not too small either. Mainly vegetables available and always fresh and there are other grocery items to purchase as well. Pleasant to shop at, convenient parking and convenient enough for a stop to buy something quickly or browse a bit to check out the produce.

Its not Woolworths, but its 10x better than what I have seen Food Lovers and much better value too. Will definitely be coming here for my fresh fruit and veg in the future.

Mays is a quaint fruit and vegetables market that has been in the industry for longer than thirty years. They sell the freshest products and are always cheaper than the competition. Although I love their friendliness and dedication to service, I shop there because of the cheap prices. They are situated in Brackenfell close to the railway station. They have ample parking for able bodied and for those with disabilities.

Unfortunately some of the staff are a bit asleep - today I was made to feel guilty after the cashier forgot to ring up 2 small items and she only realised the mistake by the time I was already in my car.
