We have had an extremely frustrating experience with Florstore On Trend.The Project was delayed on 3 occasions, started 5 weeks later causing great disruption and repeated re-planning .The problem does not lie with the installation team, they are efficient and friendly,but with company management and the absence of attention to detail in project planning.In the end they only completed 1 of 4 phases and walked away.They rushed the job finished 3 days work in 2 , left us with 8 snags which took 9 weeks to bring to completion.
