My friends from Weston, Florida USA sent flowers for my mothers funeral and it was absolutely beautiful fresh arrangement. I wasnt home for the delivered and Flowercraft delivered the next day. I sent my friends a picture of it. Thank you for providing quality services!

Very disappointed, I ordered a bunch for my moms birthday and they said I can pay an extra amount (150) more than what was on the price list and they will make the flowers bigger and add in roses etc, when I collected my bunch it looked exactly like the picture with no additional roses or flowers instead it was spruced up with leafy pieces to make it look bigger .. I was very disappointed and the staff said they didn’t have any roses on site to help, they overcharged and added in leaves to make it look better

We ordered flowers on Friday 9 March to be delivered to my sister for her birthday. Needless to say that today 13 March those flowers have not been delivered To add insult to injury, the lady there said wecan give back your money. Really why are you in business in the first place if you cannot provide the service. Hugely disappointed and will NEVER do business with them.

I ordered flowers online for my sisters birthday. My sister loved the flowers but they were delivered on the wrong day. So not on her birthday. It doesnt really help to only do half of what your supposed to. So Im not happy with Flowercrafts service. I will be using someone else in the future.
