I actually got the date wrong and the company was able to get the flowers out on the day.The bouquet was gorgeous and the person receiving it was delighted. Their website was good and there’s an excellent variety of both flower arrangements and gift ideas to select from. I ordered the white orchids arrangement for our daughter and family for Christmas and it was beautifully presented, the chocolate basket was great and the bath items excellent. Delivery was when requested. Only hiccup was making payment on my credit card as it wouldn’t accept my address in Canada. Phoned them and all was sorted out quickly. Highly recommend this company.

Worst, pathetic service. Was bought a parcel and was to be delivered at my hotel room. To date nothing has been attained and no refund to that effect.Disgusted and annoyed for one was sent from pillar to post and now the phones ring unanswered

I ordered flowers from Vancouver, Canada to be sent to my sister in Cape Town. What great service - next day delivery . The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and so huge that i actually thought that the vase was too small !! Thank you to Tony and the crew at Henry Williams Florist for saving the day for me! I live in the U.S. and needed to order flowers for a dear friend who was turning 40 AND in the hospital for surgery on that day. I was nervous about ordering blindly from overseas and really wasnt sure it would work out. I placed an order online with H.W. and hoped for the best. Tony and his team received my order in the late afternoon on the day I wanted delivery and they went above and beyond to fulfill my order (even adding a vase where needed) and Tony personally drove the arrangements to the hospital on the way home from work to ensure my friend received something special on her big day. All I heard from my friend was THANK YOU so much for the beautiful bouquets!!! The charges were very reasonable, much less than we would have paid here in Texas. So, if you are trying to decide which florist to go with, I can not recommend Henry Williams enough. They are responsive, eager to help and so very polite! Youll be so happy you went with them. USELESS USELESS USELESS - I ASKED FOR FLOWERS TO BE SENT ON WEDNESDAY 13TH SEPT , PMNT WAS MADE VIA CREDIT CARD. THE LADY IN THE OFFICE SAYS SHE COULD NOT CHECK IF MY PAYMENT HAD GONE BECAUSE HER BOSS WAS AWAY ! THROUGH SO DID NOT SEND THE FLOWERS !
