I desperately needed to increase my daily exercise and help with focus. I do my work sitting all day, causing some back and neck pains.This worked like a charm. Very quiet and easy to use. Helped me with back pain that I sometimes got on just a regular standing desk. Now, I either sit down or walk. About 6 km a day, actually. I have now been doing it for over 9 months and cant imagine working without!
