Have bought from them on two occasions. The first order they delivered fine, and then I supported them again. Paid for items that they lied were in stock. They refuse to answer my calls or respond to my messages and refuse to refund funds of almost R10 000.00 . Absolutely horrible and fraudulent. I wish I saw these reviews about them before. Please be weary.

Absolutely bad service. Installed and repaired Treadmills already paid for but still faulty.No feedback and unable to resolve the issues we paid them to do. Would not recommend Gym Concepts at all.
