We were present at a braai (a Saturday night) when Andrew Potgieter (from The Financial Emporium) received a call from a client who was in an accident. We could hear and experience the effort and compassion with which Andrew helped the client who found himself in bad circumstances, even though it was already late in the evening. There and then we decided that we want this Andrew guy to handle our insurance for us as well. We invited him to come and talk to us at home. His quote was better than what we already had, as well as the coverage was better than what we already had. All the forms were then filled in and signed and accepted. 4 days before we became a paying client of his, we were in a very big accident. Andrew offered to work through our third party claim on our behalf, although we were not yet his client! He did it to the end, with incredible effort and dedication and his expertise was responsible for the successful settlement of the claim. We are so thankful that we have him on our side, so much so, that we have decided to have my husbands retirement handled by The Financial Emporium now as well. We have already met with their representative who was very helpful and whom we trust on our way forward.
