Trying to get responses from them regarding claims is like pulling blood from a stone.When one of their clients passed away they continued charging her premiums and trying to get them to a) stop and b) give that money back has been an ordeal.I know most insurance providers will go out of their way not to pay out claims but PPS goes the extra mile to make sure that you sit waiting in silence for weeks before they respond to your queries.
A company by professionals to safeguard the livelihood of professionals, but cannot comprehend covering that livelihood due to A pandemic which shuts down A number of professionals ability to work without endangering their clients.Yeah, go ahead and join, it might cover you if you get sick. Totally disappointed.
PPS service delivery is poor to say the very least. I have been a client of PPS for approximately 20 years and during this period have had 3-4 claims for medical benefits- all with the same dismal result . They have absolutely poor communication with their clients- leaving it up to their clients to do all the follow up work and never pay out on the expected dates, with unexplained delays. Shocking that as professionals we have to put up with this!
