The phone number on their site just rings and no-one picks up the phone. I then called the number on their main websites, their customer service number. When I eventually got through to them, they provided me with the same number I had tried unsuccessfully. Im still trying to get a hold of them. I was just trying to enquire about my claim, its been 2 weeks since I submitted this and I cant even call in. Really disappointing. Wish I could rate my experience -negative 5 stars
