Propell is a superb company. They helped us raises special levy in our scheme, solving our arrears issue and helping tackle our much needed capital works projects (painting and roof repair). Their staff and professional and courteous. I highly recommend using them and their services.

Hi there we are new owners at one of the apartments in Goodwood, we are currently facing the corrupt actions of this company, its billing us thousands every month due to levies that are not making sense we have visited their offices many times they cant explain their statements, but every month interest is being addedWe are currently on 14000 from 2000 we are looking for help please assist us to deal with this issue before it get out of handThis is a corrupt company that needs to be dealt with its people getting into debtPlease help

Absolutely atrocious handling of accounts with zero consideration for account holders. Incorrect statements and payment allocations and statements for 3 months only to be told I am liable for interest and collection charges on my incorrectly overdue account due to poor service and negligence on Propells part.

The worst and most corrupt company out there. They have stolen so much money illegally collecting fake debt and levies from Summerville Cape Town. Current debt they are claiming is R 15 million rand and they have kindly reduced it to R 10 million on the goodness in their hearts - see attached to a Trustee!!! See below and trying to con 2 Trustees to sign off on it.Also attached is the contract signed by Propell and the developer - Renier van Rooyen and Cornell Wagenaar - the managing agent from Topnotch. They had no proxy from any Trustee and SVHOA and have run this HOA into the ground between the 3 parties. Why are Propell offering this massive discount if the debt is real. They have taken R 250 000 - R 350 000 when people sell their homes as costs - when the original debt cannot even come close to that and the Duplum rule - In duplum rule is a common law rule that provides that arrears interest ceases to accrue once the sum of the unpaid (accrued) interest equals the amount of capital outstanding at the time (and not the amount of capital originally advanced). In duplum directly translates to double the amountDo not ever trust and do business with this corrupt company. My supposed debt went from R 19 000 at the end of 2017 to R 110 000 now a year later - how is this legal and possible.They are supremely corrupt and should be shut down and put out of business and prosecuted.Unbelievable. Topnotch and Propell should be put out of business as well as the lawyers that they use to steal.

Corrupt and unethical company exploiting the middle income community of Summerville Estate in Kuilsriver and probably other areas as well. Avoid this company at all cost.

Awful experience for the last 15 years. We are bound to this rubbish company because they collect our levy. Had to remind them almost every month regarding either wrong invoices or no invoices. And I never owed them money.

We had big problem with owners not paying levy and maintenance need done. Propell loan allowed for building to be fixed. People complaining are people who dont pay and had to pay when Propell came.

Poorly Managed and very unprofessional. Will definitely have to reassess the way they do things.

Most oppressive, unfair, cruel business constantly adding unfair, unjustified fees to home owner accounts..propell should be banned from doing business and the management tried in court for fraud and unfair business practice

They claim we owe then R262 971.97 for levies but never delivered service to us since weve moved in. Day light robbery!!
