First waited an hour to be helped. Claim is processed we told that we will receive an e-mail having to wait 5working days. Only to follow up that the manager hsnt processes the claim correctly and does not follow up with us as a client we needed to call numerous times. After following up he says that the claim was not processed .Poor faulty and inferior SERVICE!!!!
