Dont ever work here unless you feel like not getting paid a salary for the work you do. The labour dept needs to take a serious look at this place.
WNS is not a good company to work for, they are exploiting their agents.
The worse call centre in the world, they deal with problems for British Gas.....yes I know BRITISH GAS, we have millions unemployed in the UK and they outsource here, they cannot understand anything and dont have a clue, I have been hung up on lots and given flase information offered the odd £20 to be quiet and this is the best they can do, I would not bother trying, I would just wait until you get through to someone in the UK

Slow HR resolutions. You wait more than a week for an answer. Outperforming nothing.They make you waste money on traveling to them to do an assessment one day and then an interview on a separate day.
