There are no words, the only word that comes to mind, is, Unpleasant. Stupid, lies, They seem to be Gumping their way through the way they do business.

Instant deposits and same day withdrawals from a properly regulated broker that also offers free training? What more does a professional trader need?

Do not use JP markets i started trading under them and i got my equity up to R4000 and made 3 deposits of 2k each and they turn the market against you. all of a sudden when i went into my account everything was zeros, tried emailing and calling but no reply. They turn the market against you and they bomb your account for no reason. Do not invest in this broker its a complete waste of time and money i lost about 10k due to this broker.

I have never had any issues with JP Markets, and to be honest Justin has never ever not answered my call even on his private number. Im not his friend and he doesnt know me from a bar of soap, but any issue I may have had in the past he was always happy to explain everything to me personally.

I placed a trade which went in my favor. Unfortunately the trade was not actioned and MT4 prompted me with a Trade Disabled notification. MT4 support referred me to the broker. I inquired with JPMarkets to advise what the reason for this was. Its been nearly two weeks and there is still no response on my ticket. I missed out on a good opportunity that wouldve help in paying my bills during this lockdown as I have no other means of income for his period.

The worst broker ever! They kicked me out of my trade on there bonus as im just about to go in to a positive trade and cancelled there bonus for no [email protected] feel free to email for proof.. does anyone have a good and trustworthy broker out there?

Edit: 2 weeks passed no response. They opened a Nas trade on Saturday midnight when markets is closed and the account blows immediately. Definitely a fraudulent company with a very shady looking ceo. Ive seen this on multiple accounts and its an ongoing issue. Best trade with international reliable brokers who dont rip such as this one.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Honestly you guys are robbing some of us at one point you can use 90% of your total equity and then the next day you get stopped out before your 90% is used. You guys are skelm

Customer service is bad and their app and website is bad... You need more server space stop beigg cheap and spend the money improving your site, app and employing more competent people. Train them on customer service!!

They dont care what the clients think,they ignore your emails,dont use this broker,they steal money,your history reflects trades you never executed

Firstly they manipulate spread (order executions are always delayed, if not missed in the case of limit orders i.e. the spread lines indicated on the platform always go beyond the price of tbe set limit order before the order is placed). Its not a train-smash but affects figures for the bottom line trader.Secondly they revoke the credit/bonus facility. The credit will show on the platform but youll still get margin called when floating losses approach account balance. Dont use their credit bonus.Lastly, server errors always benefit this broker. If youre winning in a highly volatile market the broker will not accept your wins meaning you wont be able to close profits, and your losses wont be protected. Its a lose-lose for the trader.Choose wisely.

I have been trying to get hold of JP markets for some time already , phone just rings and rings and eventually the phone gets picked up by someone who is having her own conversation with a colleague about random things for 5 minutes without even realising im on the line and can hear everything. I have sent in my documents regarding my account confirmation for withdrawal purpose with no response.

I’ve been sitting on the phone since 9am. I’m not even exaggerating, it’s now 13:45 and have just depleted all my minutes. No answer. I sent an email to support hours ago desperate for help, still no response. You guys seriously need to look at employing more support staff. I’m extremely frustrated by the level of service I’m receiving.

On Monday the 24th of February just past 14:00pm I made a R5000 Deposit into my account. Payment was successful and screen refreshes and there my balance stayed R0. Thought Id atleast wait an hour to check but still nothing. 2 Hours later i deposited R3000 and it showed immediately. I contacted the support via Email and phone call and they said they escalated it to the financial department and i sent my Proof of payment as they requested. 1 day go by and still nothing. I contacted them again and received the same story, I sent a query to the financial department to look into it and send proof of payment please. Once again i send the documents and a full 3 days goes past and i still have not seen my deposit.Day 5 is today and hopefully something actually good will happen.#UPDATE : Its day 7 already and im still waiting on this. Talked to them again on day 5 and as of today still no deposit

Jpmarkets the worse SA broker ever x they only appear to be the best with traders have that partnerships with them.. price manipulation on the market x they freeze the mt4 so you can exit nor open trades

Its been a whole week since the MT4 app is down. Suddenly my passwords dont work and the reset button on the JPM app also conveniently disappears. Have requested a reset more than a week ago and no response received. I phoned this morning as well.. Been on hold for 15 mins and no answer.

JP Markets is HONESTLY hands down the absolute worst broker one could use. A simple thing like logging into their app and transferring money from your Wallet to your trading account is a absolute mission. It keeps on saying SERVER TIME OUT, thus keeping you from trading. Phoning JPmarkets is another mission all on its own.. be prepared to be on hold for at least 15min at a time. As a trader youd want to use the best BROKER and in all honesty, JPmarktes simply isnt that.

My stop losses are hardly respected, I either get stopped out too early for no apparent reason, I have screenshots to prove it or I get stopped out beyond my stop loss price. A rip off, never had this problem with IC markets.

JP markets sent me an email stating that they were going to transfer my withdrawal on the 17 December and they apologised for delaying the transfer but ,Iam still waiting up-to-date no money nothing into my bank account . Please guys amend your ways.

Absolutely horrible. Started a new account, deposited money into it. and then just went missingDeleted account and money was deducted out of that account. JPMARKETS is wasting time and stealing my money. Sent an email 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting

Trying to reset my password to get back into my MetaTrader4. Customer service refuses to help, sends me the same blurb over and over. Absolutely horrid experience, but what can one expect from a SA based company with no regard for its customers. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I deleted a sell limit on nas and guess what. It still got actioned after 5 hours of deleting it. Blowing my account. Very sad that they dont respond.

Spread manipulation, slippage, withdrawal problems, no bonus when depositing.

Definitely not impressed, customer service bad, chart freezes regularly, I know they are still growing but for now wont invest my money with them again until there systems are sorted .
