An amazing experience as usual. The staff is very friendly and helpful without being pushy. However it looks like their clothing range is less and there is more homeware? They dont have all the stuff that is on the website. But I was still successful. 😀

Black Friday waste of time. Tried to do black Friday shopping only to be told that staff do not know which items are on promotion and that each item needs to be scanned to confirm whether it is eligible for discount. Poetry also bizarrely needed ones cell phone number as part of this process. Whole thing is a con to get women to try on items that have no discount attached to them. Online store clearly shows which items are part of 40% offer and these items were all on 1 rail. I am disgusted with Poetrys approach to black Friday as they are making their staff lie to customers given that they know full well which items are on offer

Im a working mom with two small children, so my only chance to leave home to drive to the store was at 19.30, which I thought was fine as the stores Google opening times showed 09.00-21.00. I was so disappointed to find the store shut. Had to pay for 0-2 hours parking and then drive all the way home.

The staff are helpful and friendly. They sell clothes for a slightly more mature clientele, approximately 30s to late 40s, along with a few other items like exotic looking candle holders, recipe books, nougat etc. Stylish but casual.

Always a personal touch. Homeware are beautiful and changes constantly. Hand made homeware.
