Ordered a beaded waist belt, had a consult and paid 50% deposit. It was a rush order, because they didn’t capture my initial order two days before. The beaded belt was for an important event, the beads serving as a traditional symbol. Upon collection, we find they didn’t bead the entire waist, only 3/4 of it. It was finished with strands - no clasps. It’s now 2 hours to my event...and I have an incomplete belt. I had no choice but to pay the full price. I feel disappointed and swindled.

I look forward to returning to Capetown, primarily to shop here again in the future. Absolute joke! Do not buy anything here! Bought a shirt here for 750 rand and it took them 7 times to tailor it properly! When I brought it home and inspected it I noticed that a button was missing and there were multiple gaps and missing threads. Furthermore, the owner attempted to extort us and add a 10% fee for credit card payments. Total thugs! Avoid this place!

This gentleman has some serious skills, I only wish I could find someone close here in the US. Show him a pic/design or even just an idea and he will make it come to life in a fabulous way!
