Beginning of June Shanaaz from the Elizabeth Aarden counter introduced, assisted and guided me on getting started on this skincare product. She is a beaut. Two months down the line and she still assists and guide me. This is truely taking pride in what she does and caring for her customer. To Elizabeth Aarden, look after her. She is a keeper.

I had the worst shopping experience of my life at this store yesterday. The rudeness and bad attitude of the staff members at this store is shocking. I honestly hope no one else has to experience this stores bad vibes. Customers do not deserve to be treated like this. The staff do not care about their customers or sales in the slightest. I am not sure what they think they were employed to do, but they are falling short badly.I will rather drive a lot further to another store than support this store again.

Have never experienced good service at this specific Foschini. Always just 1 or 2 working till points with THE slowest service. Works well when the manager is around, but attitude drops as soon as he leaves.Would honestly drive further just to go to a shop with better staff.

On Sunday I lost my wallet and the friendly staff at Foshini Tygervalley made the effort to return my wallet safely!!! Thank you Nobuntu for your assistance and for making the effort to get hold of me, I really appreciate it!!

I went to go get my lay buy and waited there for 20min. There was only one cashier. People were waiting in a line for the one that went to go search for my lay buy. After 10 min someone noticed the line and helped the other people. Really now?

I got underwear as a gift that did not fit. Not having a slip and one of the price tags being missing, I assumed it will be a lost case.To my suprise Abbeygale the Floor Manager assisted me personally and handled the exchange. The way she treated me and also her staff really impressed me.

Visit was very short due to efficient customer service desk.

Saturday morning 20/10/2018, I had chosen clothing to purchase. Went to closest paypoint being Cosmetics- no staff at till, proceeded to luggage dept- also no staff at till. Then went to main clothing paypoint: 1 staff member behind counter, seemingly doing admin, (and didnt even acknowledge those in the queue); one staff member in front of counter randomly directing customers (who werent even standing in the correct queuing aisle) to other till areas.I was first in the correct queue area, she shouted from where she was standing, for me to go to luggage to pay. I tild her Id just come from there, there was no-one serving there, Ieft the goods and walked out.Really Foschini Tygervalley? No cashiers at the major tillpoint for the Store on a Saturday morning and the way the other staff handle the situation is to send clients running all around the store to find a till in a sub-area, where theyd already been unattended to?
