My friend experienced atrocious service from Xoliswa today. She was unhelpful, disrespectful and plain rude. She was not keen on charging the price on the item when it scanned a different price and for 6 items, all items were stuffed into 1 bag. When she requested an additional bag, she was told that the store was running low on bags. Super disappointing, unprofessional and rude service.

The shop only has 2 till points. There was only 1 teller. For a Saturday morning, this should be remedied to include more staff. I needed help on the floor with sizing and couldnt find an assistant. The brand Donna claims to embrace curves however there was size 32 on the racks. Many products had a size cap of XL although the models in the store advertisements were clearly XXXL. We need that. Size 32 women can shop literally anywhere else. Please stay true to your claims of loving your curves by stocking clothing for curvy women.

My wife bought her mother a boot and we recived 2 different sizes in Tokai. Tokai closes earlier than Canal Walk.We then called Canal Walk, explained we lost the slip, although it was bought on an account and that we just need two of the same sizes.This lady was nice and said we can come to Canal Walk and have it exchanged. We got there and they refused to exchange the boots and the Manager Chad was utterly useless and wanted to explain store policies etc. Great Customer Obsession.1. We called and explained and they should have stated the policies before my 40minute drive to Canal Walk.2. Terrible overall service and a huge waste of time.Chad train your staff better because they could have done better. Also you could have been nicer!

There is always something I like in this store. Great for larger ladies.
