Receptionist was rude. She was snapping her fingers at a lady to get her attention. The service overall sucks. I called in yesterday around 12 to ask what time they open (since she said that they were closed at the time) and the Receptionist said 1pm, I even heard her confirm with her colleagues and they all said 1pm in the background. I got there 13:15 and the door was closed. Knocked on the door and a lady opened to say theyre opening at 2pm and we should read the notice. They will only open at 2pm since the staff is on lunch. Today I went they werent sure if the registration lady was going to be in or not. Total waste of time.

Why do you put such things on social media. That lady is just doing her job. How will you feel if people put such stuff of yours on social media. Grow up. Services at other aces are so bad.

Like most of the people here said, the old lady at the front desk , extremely rude , treats and talks to you you like one of her children, she does not belong in Healthcare services or any services for that matter.

The receptionist is so rude!!! She asked me to come alone the next time I come there because I brought my fiance along for mental support(as I suffer from severe anxiety, not that I should even specify a reason).I would like to leave a personal message for her: if you are unhappy about your life, find a new job!The nurses I do not have a problem with, they are professional to a certain extent and understanding.I will be reporting her to the Department of Health.

Im a very disappointed with the service I always receive at this facility, just the other day I was told they cannot help me if I dont have card with me as they have to track my file number with it, so if I lost my card where on earth am I suppose to get it, we have technology these days what it the point of having computers is you cannot track my file number with my id number, secondly just today I went for a pap smear test, I was told I have to be thirty in order for me to be tested, so does this mean I cannot have cervical cancer if Im less than thirty what if I have it now, do I have to wait for thirty In order for me to be tested?Thirdly the front desk receptionists are soo rude, they tell you the way to get off, to my understanding everyone has a right and access to government facilities, Ive lost hope in this specific clinic as there is no and I mean not at all helpful.

Im so disappointed with the service.
