I don’t generally care if a doctor is unfriendly, so I’ve seen Dr Parker for general things for a couple of years. I had nothing good or bad to say about her, but the last experience of her is the reason why I changed doctors and haven’t set foot in her practice for about a year. I went to see her for a Pap smear and she made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and almost scolded me for something I had no idea I had done wrong. Imagine already being uncomfortable because it’s a Pap smear! And then having a doctor talk down to you?? Not a great experience at all. And she never honours appointment times. Always late.

My wife and I first went to Dr Fatima Parker in late 2019 for some queries regarding pregnancy.We were happy with the service, so when we had another query regarding female health recently we booked another appointment with her.When our appointment started, there was no Dr Fatima. Instead there was a male doctor that we were unfamiliar with. I dont even know what this doctors name is. Still, we had come this far and since we had an unhappy baby with us we didnt question this at the time, so my wife went into the appointment while I watched the baby outside.No communication was made regarding the change of doctor. I assume he was standing in for Dr Fatima Parker while she was on leave or similar.We specifically chose to book an appointment with her because she specialises in womens health, and my wife would feel more comfortable discussing the matter with a female doctor.I feel we did not get what we paid for, and would have preferred if this was communicated to us before the appointment so that we could reschedule.

Ive been with Dr Fatima Parker for 3 years and today I was just reminded as to how amazing she truly is. Patient, caring and genuinely concerned about your overall well being. She definitely always goes the extra mile and is one of the very few doctors that will actually make a phone call to check in. This doctor has a 10 years old blood sugar testing machine. I say 10years because she told me herself. So she gave me a wrong diagnosis. Which she prescribed very strong medicine for me. Even if she knows that she is wrong she will insist that you take the medicine. As for a refund she does not refund. I will make sure I know my body well before I book an appointment. Otherwise run for your life.

Dr Parker has been our family doctor for three years. She ticks all the boxes that I look for when dealing with a GP.1. Affordable rates.2. Practical medicine (she doesnt just throw antibiotics at every problem).3. Kind demeanor.4. Comfortable and clean offices.5. Efficient and straight to the point.

Dr Parker has been my go to doctor for over 5 years and has been wonderful. Very professional, friendly and is so patient and willing to answer any and all questions. She has great instincts and takes her patients and their concerns, very seriously.

Dr Parker provides an excellent service with her empathy, knowledge and guidance that she offers. her new premises are a vast improvement and conducive to improving one’s health. Keep up the amazing practice 👍

Ive never had an appointment time even vaguely honoured here - horrible experience to be sick and get messed around by doctors looking to cram as many consultations into the day as possible.No one wants to sit around in a waiting room for two hours when theyre ill and pre-booked an appointment accordingly.If you seriously need help then look elsewhere.Edit: I am certainly not mistaking this for another practice. I have had three appointments this year with Dr Parker and have always been seen at least 15 minutes after my appointment time, the worst case of which had me waiting for over an hour while I had a fever, without any warning or serious apology. I expect better from private health care and will not be returning to this horrible practice.

Was given choice of times that were suitable for me. Everything was handled via email (which I loved as I hate phone calls) and when I got there, I saw Dr within 10 mins and she was very thorough and pleasant. This is now my new regular Dr.

Dr Parker has moved from Stadium on Main.. She is now is DRAPER STREET.Wonderful premises, tranquil, no noise .Much more conducive to a peaceful medical consultation.Her services are , as always, of a high standard.

Have been a patient of Dr Fatima Parker in excess of 15years, and that should speak volumes. Meticulous, explains ones condition thoroughly....

Dr Parker is an excellent general practitioner. Would definitely recommend anyone to her. Have been a patient with her for three years. Not a single complaint.

The dentist is pathetic. My daughter needed two small fillings which he filled too high and resulted in inflammation and her having to have a root canal treatment. His prices are exorbitant, charging double what other dentists charge. He took literally 10 minutes to clean my sons teeth and charged r1000. Had to have it redone a week later. Taking this matter further. Hes a cheat! Beware!!!!!
