Tablecloths werent ready, some still had to be washed & they were still busy ironing the rest, although pick up was arranged at the shop for early morning. Tablecloths had to be picked up there, because the shop in Stellenbosch were closed for the day, a regular occurrence according to several other customers, also upset about problems with their orders.

We found exactly what we needed at such an affordable rate. Very helpful staff. There is parking directly outside. There is a step into the building which will make it difficult in a wheelchair.

Efficient business. Dropped off rental napkins here after a wedding and they quickly counted to make sure they were all there and gave the deposit back. Not many parking spots outside but it wasnt busy so parking was fine.

No replies to my multiple emails when I was trying to hire decor. Not the friendliest service either. Luckily this happened before I paid and not like some of the other unlucky people who struggled to get their deposit/money back after the fact.

WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE! We used The Table Cloth Hiring company for our wedding in the beginning of November 2017 and we are still waiting for our deposit to be refunded. It is a complete mess and they cannot seem to get their act together. Now they want us to be inconvenienced further to go and collect the deposit in cash! Really disappointing!

Hired runners for a wedding, took an hour to collect because they had to sew them while we waited, front desk was terrible, didnt make eye contact and avoided us while we waited.
