Everyone I dealt with at Global were so accommodating, smiles and kindness all round. Knowing nothing about sewing, but having an idea in my head of what I wanted. And after visiting numerous stores from the city bowl through Wynberg and eventually Fish Hoek, I was and am so impressed with the service i received and good will shown towards me. And toward all the other customers too. Really lovely community feeling there! All I was buying was a R30 spool of thread but ill be back first chance i get! thank you!!!

I went to the Fish Hoek branch a week ago and I regret not asking for the name of the lady who assisted me because I was very impressed with her efficiency. Everyone greets you with sincerity and is happy to assist you. Its a bit out of my way, but I hope to pop in again soon.
