Nice stocked up place.Was in a rush did not go through a lot of products.

I went through to the Factory Shop this afternoon to purchase some rubble bags - great price and quality. The ladies at the front desk and the gentlemen on the floor were helpful. One of the salesmen however (Mark) lost his temper and shouted at one of the ladies, slammed his hand on the counter and walked off. I challenged him only to be verbally assaulted and told to get lost. He proceeded to take my bags from me and storm off. The ladies organised another set of bags and I left.

Plenty of surprises for a place selling twine! Hessian, canvas, shadecloth of great variety. Canvas fun shopping bags, baskets and many kinds of tape: for car safety belts and dog leads; velcro and many kinds of twine for creative projects. Off road parking. Dont be put off by the factory looking entrance.

When asked for help the staff were helpful and cheerful. I believe I got a good deal as these things go.

Sells Airothene by the meter! ... after calling, and being directed to, several other stores, Cape Twine was the only one I could find in Cape Town city and surrounds selling Airothene by the meter directly to the public.
