Quaint, welcoming and affordable. The Latitude Aparthotel is a nice place to stop over for a night or two.It is located on the very busy main street of Sea Point, Cape Town so I would not recommend if you’re looking for some peace and quiet.Within walking distance of the promenade and a 5min drive to Camps Bay.

The rooftop area on the 9th floor is beautiful!! So nice to chill and have drinks there.The rooms are beautiful and clean! The staff is friendly and helpful!Not the best area driving/parking-wise though.

A beautiful hotel located in a prime location within Sea Point! Amenities are all top notch and makes ones stay comfortable, easy & relaxing. All of the staff were incredible friendly and helpful whenever we needed it. Check-in was seamless all COVID-19 compliant and the free parking was an extra bonus as well. We also love the cedar smelling interior permeating throughout the hotel. The proximity to the ocean landscape and vibrant social scene is the best way to spend your time in Cape Town. Will definitely recommend to those in my network, and this style of aparthotel will be a wonderful addition to my portfolio of properties for future clients.

This is one of the best places Ive stayed in the last few years.I couldnt fault a single member of staff, all super friendly and there to really help you.Accomodation is spot on - well equipped apartments (dishwasher, washing machine, smeg oven/hob), nice bedrooms and bathrooms with high end fittings. An ideal place for a business trip or extended stay.My only (small) ask would be for a proper filter/espresso coffee machine in the apartment, but they do have a cafe/bar on the roof. Dont let this put you off.

We absolutely loved the Aparthotel during our stay in Cape Town. The accommodation is top quality, very close to some of the best restaurants and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Make sure to try the Latitude Cafe on the rooftop level for some great food. We will definitely be back, thank you Totalstay!

First of all we booked the Strand Beach by Totalstay but our reservation was canceled on the day of our arrival without messaging us. The manager could finally book us in the Latitude hotel because it was their fault.There were many problems during our 5 night stay and the staff tried to fix them. Some examples of the problems: one safe didnt work and the other one was opened on one day with the staff key, but nothing was missing! The cushions on the balcony sofa where missing and they couldnt replace them because they had to buy them first. There was a loud private party on the rooftop bar one night and we couldnt use the bar or pool on a Saturday evening and night. The TV receiver was plugged out and all the cables were lying around. As we reported some problems on the first day, they didnt fix them till the second evening so we had to report it again. They also told us that they will message us because of the safe but we never received a message at all.All in all it would have been a beautiful hotel if we didnt have all the problems.

I left money in the room on a day the front desk informed me they would not clean the room. Come to find out after a day in the city, we were missing money from both my Jeans and my friends counter top. I was caught off guard since they told us no one will come in the room. This equaled roughly $200 cash. I spoke to the manager and after his investigation and he simply said nothing was found.
