Super efficient staff, they know their products very well

The staff were helpful as I bought a whizzmop on takealot and after 3 weeks it broke without much use. They replaced the bottom of the mop and told me that the mop needed to be kept moist. Now 2 weeks later another part of the mop broke. I dont think Ill be buying these products again. Not worth the hassle.

Helpful staff. Needed a replacement part for my vacuum cleaner, so called ahead to check and it was there in store...yay

Friendly and helpful service. Bauer pans exchanged without any problems for a reqsonable amount and those not in stock organised promtly.

Terrible customer service, terrible management.I was promised an item on Monday, but they never called me to inform me about the products status, while I called them throughout the day asking whether or not it was there yet.I was never notified that the product wouldnt be there on Monday, I only found out late in the evening.It was supposed to be a surprise gift... Such a disappointment that I couldnt provide it as a surprise.The manager who was supposed to deliver the item to the store was elsewhere instead and shirked his duty to deliver the item.Zero respect to all verimark stores and staff.
