These ladies really tried to solve my problem. Thank you.I ordered and paid for tickets on this site for a KZNPO concert. After paying, I was informed that my guests and myself will be sent a health screening questionnaire.I informed them that my health matters were confidential, and had nothing to to with them. If I was not allowed into the church where the concert was to be held, I wanted a refund, as there should have been a notice beforehand of such a condition.This was however, not of their doing. It seems that this was a requirement from the organisers, not Quicket. In fact, the service from Quickset was prompt, courteous and I felt like they genuinely wanted to assist.I would like to suggest that Quicket management ensures in future that if entrance to a live event is conditional, they publish it clearly as such. In fact, there should be a clear question, which the ticket buyer needs to answer that he/she agrees to submit to such a condition.Quicket should also clearly indicate that conditions of admission is set by the organisers, and that Quicket has nothing tom do with such conditions.This particular issue on the virus, with talk of vaccine-mandates etc. is becoming a very heated issue. It is Quicket that stands in the front line, and it is Quicket who will take the blows, even if undeservedly so.

I bought a ticket from then and never received a link to the gig. Now they wont send me the link if I dont send them a POP. But POPs for card transactions dont exist. I sent them an authorization number to check transaction with their bank but they still want a POP, which is impossible. The consultant who was helping me online got bored of my issue and disappeared mid-conversation. Artists, find someone else to sell your tickets!!!

Fantastic platform that makes the support side of hosting a professional event so much easier, and very professional. Great support and a logical, thought-through process. I therefore would highly recommend this platform to others who wish to present training and do not have their own platforms that enable bookings, support, billing, etc. Well done Quicket!

Quicket is an awesome platform, however, its the second time that an event is cancelled (Wynberg Progress Christmas Band - Lyrics and Laughter Retake) and theres no contact information for MF - The first time I let it go, because its R100 - The 083 number for (MF)Millennium Fundraising which comes up on Google belongs to someone who no longer works there. If this service continues, someone else will simply come along, steal the (quicket) idea and make it work consistently - Just disappointing given its my wifes birthday and we were looking forward to a live event, and no notification that its cancelled - it just doesnt work...No response required...

As a event organizer this has been my favorite ticketing service experience thus far. I did a Online Comedy Show, which was a new experience for me as a Stand-Up Comedian. Quicket made this New Normal quick, easy and cost effective. Great website and efficient customer service. I highly recommend.

Not a trustworthy platform. Quicket Cancelled an Event and offerd no refund since they claimed to have paid the event organizers already and thus are unable to refund us. Why pay the event organizers for an event that has not yet taken place? Told us to contact the event organizers directly for a refund. Now we have to fill out forms with a 3rd Party. Poor Service.

Quicket is making it exceptionally difficult to get a refund from them. I live in SA, and Quicket operates in SA, however they decided to refund me through Forex? Not exactly sure why but now it has taken me weeks to get this money back. Surely a company who operates with money like this should make it easier for South African citizens to access their own money?

I had a particularly difficult booking plan to setup. Angie was amazing and helped me to get our event live very quickly. A big thanks to Angie and all who helped! Will definitely use Quicket for our next event.

The best platform for selling tickets to events. Super easy to use as both an event organizer and a ticket buyer. Recently had our first ever virtual event, and the Quicket team were just amazing at helping set it all up and made sure it runs smoothly, and were so patient with my serious lack of digital world knowledge! A massive thank you!!!

Really easy to use, but NO warning that I would be charged a Refund protect fee - it was only R6.95 on an R80.00 ticket but hidden charges/fees are never a good look for any company. I was advised of the other fee of R 5.00 (in fact R4.34) while doing the booking. I didnt agree to a protection fee.

We are running online workshops and used Quicket , we normally manage the booking ourselves, Quicket was so much more efficient , time wise and its cost effective. It was easy to load the event and when i needed assistance it was easily available. thanks

Our school event was relatively small and closed to the public . We decided to use Quicket after a recommendation from a marketing event we attended. And so very delighted with the result! Quicket is an easy, fast and efficient system to buy tickets and also most importantly it provides a platform to collect donations for a course or collaboration where you need to collect contributions from a large number of people. Found their service excellent. From the salesperson who contacted me to the backend system. Easy to use online ticket sales system for any size event. Very satisfied.

I have used there servers to manage the tickets sales of many events I have organized, bot large and small. The platform is simple to uses, and you can setup your own event in no time with out needing to wait on there team. That said, they team is also incredibly supportive and helpful. Would definitely recommend Quicket.

Incredibly flexible system thats so easy to use, with loads of optional features to help make an event more successful. It makes it so, so easy to offer ticket buyers a simple way to buy tickets, with little to no admin involved! The team is awesome, too.

Absolutely effective and efficient hands on intimate hip company that deals with great events in a super cool manner. I have hosted tons of events through them and they focus on the individual as well as large clients. They are easy to work with and i hardly ever need to contact them because everything works.

Finally, a trustworthy ticketing office that doesnt rip you off and has a human voice at the end of the line when you need one. Great service, great product!

Brilliant and competent staff. Was a pleasure dealing with this group. I highly recommend them for anyone hosting a public event. They work with many other groups closely and are able to cater to a variety of needs.

Pretty much the only worthwhile ticketing service in the country.I use Quicket exclusively for all ticket sales and they do not let us down. Theyre prepared to bend over backwards and repeatedly go above and beyond the call of duty.

Easy to navigate and easy to use

No tickets in my inbox; no SMS to tickets sent to my phone (though I paid extra for it). Cherry on top? Their offices are closed on Saturdays (incidentally when most people buy tickets!). So here I am stuck with my finger in my ear and no tickets!!! ,,😫

Would be nice if they could take payments

I love using quicket for organising events because they make it so easy and they help you deal with the common worries of events like how do you make sure that people turn up? how do you get word out there? how do you wrangle numbers etc? But even more I love it when events that I want to attend use quicket- getting tickets is so easy, and I know that I will get reliable and trusty service when spending my money. They treat every event as special no matter how small and informally organised and no matter how huge and complicated!!!
