I dont even know what to say to be honest. Im absolutely speechless, because the lack of effort and the amount of times I had to argue about the incorrect information is absolutely unacceptable. I used this company last year for my 21st which did NOT live up to my expectations and this year I thought I would give them a second chance - this was a massive mistake. I definitely wont be using this company again, nor will I ever recommend them to friends and family. An excuse of the company taking a massive knock during the COVID pandemic does not compensate for lack of effort - our company took a big knock as well, yet we still walk the extra mile to keep our customers happy and comfortable.

We had a ruined function last year as the correct items were not delivered. We used some of our credit for a function this year only to receive bad bad service yet again. Its just not acceptable. We will not make use of the company again nor recommend them.

What a fabulous selection of decor! Some great pieces for alternative event decor. Also one of the few places that rent candles in the whole of the Western Cape!

Poor service and durty table cloths.

I would not recommend them at all. Their tablecloths arent even the right size you ordered, they all differ in size and material. One looked like old sheets stitched together. The lady didnt even have a tape to measure it. I had to drive back because you order white then they give you black. The plates were dirty we had to wash everything. The price they ask for a broken glass after we received it cracked became just 3 glasses and is almost equal to a set of 6 and also the 1 plate they claim was not there after we counted everything and was right is almost equals a full set. The ridiculous costs they charge to wash the tablecloth do they not even deserve the 1 star I give them. Be warned this lady makes sure you do not receive your deposit back and count and check everything only after you are gone.
