Linda and her team helped to create a beautiful event to celebrate our daughters Bat Mitzvah. The day was seamless. All service providers were professional and delivery higher than our expectations. Linda went out of her way to assist us with everything that was needed, from invitation design, booking entertainment and decoration. The choice of wedding planner is the most important one of all the choices you make during your wedding process. Having Linda as our planner was the best decision we made. She executed our vision beyond our wildest dreams! She held my hand through every step from the initial meeting to the big day and beyond. Linda was simply amazing. She planned everything for our wedding exactly as we had asked and more. We live on the other side of the world and she kept us in the loop via regular Skype calls and emails. When we arrived in South Africa she had set up a day for us to visit the venue and go over all the details and made it such a fun day. On meeting Linda, I was certain that she was a good fit. She is friendly, personable and makes you feel at ease. However, her eye for detail is questionable - from incorrect spelling of my name on documents, not following up on emails sent, and calling my partner the incorrect name.I landed up planning the majority of the wedding myself. I had requested that the planning be done by set deadlines which were ignored and kept rolling over. I found the process rather stressful as I kept on having to chase after Linda with regards to finalisation of things (we were without a marriage officer 7 weeks before the wedding).A few of the things that I feel were her responsibility and were a disappointment include:The seating arrangements - which I had called to confirm the day before were messed up (a family table was seated with the friend table).Sending me to walk down the aisle without my father, then making myself, the bridesmaids and the flower girls stand outside while we waited.The furniture was delivered to the incorrect address initially (surely you confirm this prior to the fact?).Stating that the furniture was to be collected on the Sunday - when calling the provider on the Monday, they informed me that no such arrangement had been made.During the interview with Linda, my Mom and myself she stated that she will be the last person to leave the venue and will usher the last guests out and ensure that my parent’s home would be returned to it’s original state. However, Linda disappeared during the evening and when we tried contacting her on the Sunday she was unavailable as it appeared her phone had been switched off. This resulted in my family and I clearing and cleaning the venue in totality.All in all, I had an amazing wedding and I am sure that there are things that I am not aware of that Linda took on the chin. Linda performed an efficient function during the proceedings and her presence was most appreciated. However, I’m just not really sure whether we got what we paid for in the end as her fee was costly.

I think I really had a super special wedding experience, one that I wish I could relive again and again. Not only did I get to have three weddings, and spread the wedding enjoyment out over 5 months, but because my dear friend Linda was in the drivers seat for two out of three wedding events, I was able to sit back and enjoy the ride. Every small detail was prepped and planned for, and even though there were times I felt my inner control freak wanting to rear its ugly head, Linda would promptly reassure me that the the only thing I should concern myself with, was enjoying another glass of bubbly, as well making sure I felt relaxed and pampered for the main event. And so thats exactly what I did! And I can honestly say, that I had the best time!! No wedding stress and anxiety, no disappointment over something not working out the way Id wanted, it was all seamless. So thank you Linda, for all your hard work behind the scenes. You literally made it all seem so easy. I know it wasnt.So thank you. I wish I could do it again!!! Best.Time.Ever. xxxx
