Dear future Brides, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY HERE! I am utterly disgusted at the level of service Bridal Aisle had offered. I had robes made, one of which wasnt made to the correct measurements, of which they charged me extra, & another that didnt have its belt. Faadilah has made empty promises in getting back to me and refunding me. She has also been ignoring my calls and avoiding me at store (store says open, yet no answer when ringing the bell). I had supported their business in the midst of their struggle during the peak of this pandemic and this is the type of service I receive, please read chats as proof & do not waste your time & money via this business who takes advantage of you, has no integrity & has poor quality overall.

I would like to thank the wedding stylist for Coordinating the wedding. Everything went very well and I loved each and everything that the stylist did for my beautiful day. The decor was exquisite and Im greatfull for that. I will surely recommend your services to others❤️🤗

Absolute shocking how unprofessional their service is!I went to bridal isle to have bridesmaid dresses made. The girls went for their first appointment in December 2020 to have their measurements taken. This was 3 months before my wedding date. They went for 3 fittings after the initial measurements and every time we went back there was something wrong. The dresses never seemed to fit correctly. It was either too big or too small or the length was wrong. I asked or the dresses to be completed 2 weeks prior to my wedding. This was however not the case. After a lot of back and forth, I received the dresses and they were in very bad shape. The girls couldnt wear them at all and I had to start form scratch one week prior to my wedding. Their client service is non-existing. They cancelled appointments 10min prior or just didnt pitch at all. I have been spoken to in a very rude way at times which is not acceptable. They refused to pay back my deposit even though I could not use the dresses at all. I will never recommend them to anyone. Brides should not be put through an experience like this prior to their wedding.

BRIDES BEWARE!!!!!!!!After a friend of mine recently had a nightmarish experience with Bridal Aisle, and getting no valid response from them after numerous requests, she resorted to share her experiences online. The photos were proof enough that the work delivered was anything but professional, and to top it off the dresses werent nearly ready 9 days BEFORE the wedding! The Bride had to quickly find an alternative wedding dress and bridesmaid gowns.After she requested a refund from Bridal Aisle, as neither she nor her bridesmaids could wear the dresses they received, she was responded to with rudeness and a blatant disregard.She shared photos of the dresses and her communication with Bridal Aisle on Facebook to which the owner quickly responded to by calling her and her bridesmaids liars. She even resorted to swearing at the one bridesmaid after she posted more photo-evidence of the owner cancelling appointments 10 minutes before the time and claiming to check each dress before delivery to make sure they are in perfect and presentable condition.I feel obligated to share these experiences with any bride looking for a professional and competent seamstress as I am certain they will not find it at Bridal Aisle.

Shocking response and customer service, the package was received and looks like the dogs breakfast, the gown is creased and in a cheap bag that is too big for the item purchased.Really dissapointing.Your team needs to really evaluate whether you should stay in this business, brides need way more attention than your average shop which you are not capable or willing to give.Look at how many poor ratings you have.Wont recommend or use again.

Hi I just want to say that I will never recommend them to anyone they want to charge you and arm and lady then buy you the cheapest material on earth and even to save money make things that are to small for your body big by cutting it shorter I almost had my dress made there last year November but I changed my mind after seen the level of incompetence I lost my deposit tho that I thought I should act have gotten back seen as they never gave me anything near what I wanted

In December 2020 we had our first appointment at Bridal Aisle to have bridesmaids dresses made.We went for 3 fittings thereafter and left disappointed every time.Not only were the dresses completely horrendous, they also cancelled appointments 10mins prior or just didn’t pitch up to appointments at all without saying a word. They were extremely rude to my friend (the bride) and refused to pay her deposit back. We had to source new dresses days before the wedding because multiple seamstresses told us that the dresses can’t be fixed.I just can’t believe that a professional company would deliver dresses to clients in such a bad shape. Ladies, please beware 😔

A friend of mine who recently got married was completely messed around by this place they didn’t make her dress the way it was meant to be. Regardless she left it there till the day before her wedding so they had ample time work work and fix it!The dress was still not what she wanted and the stitching was coming apart even before she put the dress on.The reply she received from the place when she asked for some compensation for the poor service and quality of the dress she was denied and said because she wore the dress. What was she supposed to wear?!!I am a bride to be and should she have had a good experience they would have another customer but I will never.

I was at Bridal Aisle on Saturday.. By far the best bridal boutique/shop.. Lovely atmosphere and beautiful wedding dresses and more.. Staff was so friendly and helpful.. The consultant that helped me, Muneerah, was such a sweetheart.. Would definitely recommend Bridal Aisle❤

Terrible experience , waited more than 1 month for our gowns which was not custom made, the gowns were not the correct size we ordered, the brides gown was so massive and the band to tie. was so long and our gowns kept opening for the pictures which was so embarrassing

Shocking service. Even tho they tried to go out of their way to fix major issues with my dress they failed to have it ready in time. My dress was not complicated. I went to see Fadelah 6 weeks prior my wedding date. 5 days before the date the dress wasnt ready. It was a stressful event and I had to do fittings every day the 5 days prior to the date. On the day when we had to leave, it wasnt ready. I had to go back Twice and picked it up eventually. At that point the only thing that mattered was that it fit. Only afterwards on my photos I saw where all the faults were. They just pulled up their shoulders. Its totally shocking and absolutely unacceptable.

There was a slight issue with my first order of my robe and the size was wrong. With inly 9days to go to my wedding. Christine the designer/owner ensured i got my new robe within 3days! I am so excited to have my getting ready pictures taken with my personalized custom dressing robe. Thank you Christine for the great service.

What a great experience. There are unfortunately not that much dresses to choose from but they really make it a great experience and make you feel like a true bride. The appointment fee goes to charity that is a great plus for me.

It just an amazing place, I went with my friend to fetch her bridesmaids dresses. The owners are friendly, kind and go the extra mile, its located just close by Medi Clinic Milnerton. Plus theres lovely stores in the centre, from a bakery to a small Eden.

I have never, in all my life dealt with such an unprofessional team with a true I dont give a f*ck attitude.I am blown away by how Bridal Aisle operates. I am not a nasty person, and I give everyone another shot but I have tried to handle this with Fadelah and honestly it has been made abundantly clear that I, as a customer mean nothing.I have been disappointed over and over again, after giving them multiple chances to prove themselves, however I am now left with no choice but to leave a review, for the next Bride to be who may come across this store.1st - the Ties...I ordered 3 ties (1x skinny and 2x Bow) and paid in full after being told they only require a couple of days to make up.After not 1 but 2 attempts at making these ties, I received them 1 day before the wedding skew and covered in oil marks!2nd - the Dress...Also paid in full and requested a cap sleeve be added as per our first meeting last year September where I was told it would be an easy add.They bought on Faiza (The seamstress) to action this and it was a struggle, I was cancelled on twice and I heard every excuse in the book.Fast fwd to the Thursday (2 days until my wedding) I received my dress, with the old straps still hanging on the inside of the dress, the bottom hem skew, not to mention the rip by the empire line. Still I took a breath and carried on, as I was not going to let this ruin the day.On my wedding day when trying to utilise the loop on the dress to lift the bottom up from the ground, it snapped almost immediately. After the wedding I (Like any other bride) sent my dress in to be dry cleaned, and not 1, but 7 dry cleaners refused to touch the dress because it was not over locked and would fall apart the moment they tried. I now at my wits end contact Fadelah and not an ounce of remorse. She has her money and she does not care otherwise.3rd - The belt/Ribbon...I brought a belt (a piece of Ribbon actually) from the store as the waist had not been taken in as it was supposed to be and at this point I was just frustrated and wanted to make sure I actually had a wedding dress to wear (considering I spent over R10k with these people), the cost for this ribbon was R600 and you bet I was expected to pay (No freebies here). However this belt was also filthy, with oil marks.I, along with the help of my mother and sister managed to clean what we could up, and the belt hid the rip.My husband ran around and finally found some ties at Truworths Fashion (For half the price I might add).My point is that after the amount of money I spent at this store, and the trust I put into these people I was let down horribly. I was forced to pay in full yet settle for half, which is not fair to anyone, let alone a bride who has dreamed of this day AND HER DRESS since she was little and has paid for just that!
