Very disappointing service! Phoned 2Blue early in the morning for pricing. After speaking to Jerry i had to send a photo of the item that i needed engraved. 4 hours later i still had no reply to my mail. Had to phone again to find out that my request had still not been attended to.Then i was asked to bring a R2000 item in so that they can test whether they can engrave it by engraving it??? Absolute professionalism!
