The shop is okay, has a variety of items. Poor service though, my husband is having an item repaired by them, it has been months, each time we go in, the item is either with the person doing the repairs, or they have some sort of story , stating they will call us once our item has arrived. Still waiting for the call!

Bought tv box and have continuous problems.They just check it and say no nothing wrong and just dont do an update..like wht u mean .no you tube working no Netflix...bad bad .If I used thus box for a week iam lucky.I will not recommend anyone to buy items from this store .very bad after service.I gave them my unit too check with receipt I get no receipt back only realise last minute .now its my fault not working.pls give me a refund or u know wht keep the money

Bought a faulty product. They said 7-21 days to repair. Its been over 2months. Nobody calls me to let me know. Each time i call they act like they dont know who i am. Wont go back even if the offer me free stuff
