I purchased a Coleman Instant Shelter from Futurama a in March 2021 and I am 100% happy with the product and with the service provided. I needed a gazebo for my stall at the market, and after doing some research I thought that the Coleman Instant Shelter was the ideal product for me: reasonably lightweight, easy to handle, aesthetically pleasing and at a great price. The item was out of stock at Futurama, however Amber and the team managed to have it couriered directly from the supplier to my house. The whole process was quick and easy, and Futurama customer care was awesome.

I recently made an online purchase from Futurama. And quite an expensive one at that. The sales assistant, Jason, is knowledgeable and helpful. There were little oopsies here and there in the process - which didnt bode well for my confidence (or lack thereof) purchasing online. At one point it got a bit stressful. However, these were all remedied and the items successfully received. My feeling is that the personnel at Futurama are on the ball but may occasionally have an uphill battle with their own suppliers.Im not sure I will ever be as comfortable with online purchasing as I am with walking into a real shop. Bricks is certainly less effort on both parties than Clicks. But thank you staff at Futurama for taking the time & effort to maintain a truly professional level of assistance.
