Dont waste your time or money supporting this store. I bought an HDMI cable that was broken. I returned it to the store exactly a week later, with the receipt, and they refused to give me my money back, claiming that they only give money back within 24 hours of return. I pointed out that the consumer protection act is in my favour and they refused to budge. The manager was not any more flexible than the clerk I originally spoke to. The best they would do is give me something of equal value, and I didnt want anything else from the store. What is worse is that, after I told them the HDMI cable is broken, the clerk just put it right back on the shelf for some other unsuspecting customer to purchase. Shocking service and client management all around.

Shocking, they repaired a cracked screen , and later after the phone stopped working returned my phone with a cracked screen and refused to accept responsibility. I was charged R2300 and I am left with a cracked screen and a phone that does not work. I feel totally cheated.
