My husband sent his tv in to be repaired. As it was said to them that if its more than a certain amount they need to contact us. For 2 weeks no one phoned - theyve already checked what is wrong with but no phone call. I had to phone them to find out what is wrong. After I spoke to someone Ive made arrangements for the TV to be collected. The night that I received the TV there are no cables, Ive emailed them 2 weeks ago with the picture of the input that goes into the TV and yet till today NO ONE has come back to me. Ive send them yet again an email. And then they want to charge me R200 for just checking, guess Ive paid for bad service. NOT RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!
