Asgar was extremely helpful - he took a pic of the part and phoned the supplier to see if they could organise it since it was an unusual brand. Normally you will just get a sorry we dont have.

Sadly I left as store was empty except for myself and 1 other client. The gentleman at the desk signalled many times for someone to assist me. I left after no one showed up to assist me after about 12 to 15 minutes. Doubt Ill be going back in a hurry.

They are a bit pricey yes, but overall, excellent customer service. Miss u Anne.

Got there just before 5pm. There was a lady behind the counter that helped a customer who was ahead of me. Once his sale was complete, she disappeared into the back and I stood there waiting for service for up to 5mins. I asked another guy whether they were closed and he pointed to the till point. I was seconds away from leaving before 2 people came from the back and one of them assisted me.Needless to say after such an unprofessional experience, I will never return to this place again. Zero stars for me.
