Terrible service, be cautious about returning defective goods. You will be greeted by an unfriendly admin woman and still be blamed for the defect in the poorly made Chinese made product.

The fixtures werent there on the day agreed for collection.This caused that it couldnt travel with the transport I arranged to the location it was needed at. No help was offered to find the fixtures at the location or send it to the location. No e-mail was sent to me to confirm my order.I would have liked you to offer to courier it to the location.Please look at following up phone orders with e-mails.

Friendly and efficient service. They were the last of four electrical suppliers on my tour through Bellville trying to find a speed regulator for a ceiling fan, but the only one to have even close to what I was looking for, and then it turned out to be EXACTLY what I was looking for! Price for the item was about 35% less than the one I was quoted over the phone too!

Lots of new inventions in solar lighting and wireless lighting.

Terrible service from the woman with the blonde curley hair. Had zero interest in helping us and while she was helping us my pregnant wife simply asked, “Please let me know the size once you find it.” To what her response was, “What you think Im doing”. Disrespectful. Limited stock. Unhelpful staff.
