We were buying the whole week at Cash Build in Brackenfell, however there is no customer care and service, no one attends to you in the shop, you have to do everything on your own even when you have questions to ask the floors are mostly empty of staff to assist shoppers, i felt that should be improved as its important to have assistance on the floor. Overall the service is highly recommended and great and the shop has almost all construction hardware requirements.

Excellent prices , I checked a few other retailers. Convenient, easy to shop.They also do deliveries.Very knowledgeable,helpful, friendly staff. Ask for Glenwin

Have been building my own project the last 6 months and Cashbuild Brackenfell has been a great help. Good, quick service with friendly staff will keep me shopping there.

Terrible service. Received delivery and the delivery person was disrespectful and complained to me constantly about offloading the materials which is his job.

Not a DIY person at all. A little disappointed that there were countless staff walking around on the floor having chats and not 1 offering assistance. Eventually found what I was looking for. Then the lady at checkout was on the telephone throughout my transaction. Seems a little disrespectful when a customer over the phone takes priority over a PAYING customer right infront of you. Id be lying if I said this was the first time this has happened to me here

Being a non DIY or Build contractor my mind boggled with everything available.Few suggestions: Stock barn door hardware, more laminated floor options as well as tile options. Other than that in my mind Ive already done Palisade fencing, put up a car port, I installed a back door and changed light switches for dimmer switches - all in my mind... sigh

It was absolutely a please, we went there to buy a door and a rail, there was one gentleman who assist us, I didnt get his name, but he was absolutely helpful, even carried the door to the vehicle....that guy is a real ambassador for the company. Great work!!

The most affordable hardware store you will find in the northern suburbs. I would have given them a 5 star except for the fact that they dont have a very large variety of products. However the products that they do sell is quality and is cheaper than the competition. The are situated across the Brackenfell train station, just off Voortrekker road. this makes them very accessible via public transport or car. They have sufficient parking space for the disabled as well as able bodied persons. Their staff are always friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend them.

No stars actually went to brights and bought my building materials there.Please teach youre managers that customers is number one priority not paperwork or chatting on their cellphone.I was the only customer at the till when I wanted to pay I asked for delivery I was told to speak to the white gentleman I assume he is the manager I asked why and was told because its delivery involved anyway ok I waited I assume the lady next to me was also standing there for delivery purpose.I waited walked around in the store came back waited and not one word was said ,its courteous to tell a customer that you are busy and will help ASAP or just explain whats happening.Might sound silly to you but I was invisible just teach them the value of communication it can make or brake ...... Anyway you lost R10k sale I actually bought more stuff you know why its because I felt welcome ,the thing you should worry about it how many 10k sales or more or less did you loose you will never know because everyone doesnt complain .

Huge store, with lower prices. They will quote your building projects for you like amount of bricks youll need to build a wall, if you give them the measurements, free of course.

No materials that we wanted

Unimpressed with level of service. Came in looking for toilet seat; asked for assistance, it took 5 mins for someone to attend to me. He stayed barely 5 seconds and left and promised to get back. Never did! I drove off to Build it.

Cash build brackenfell Central does not prioritize customers, their receptionist was completely rude and unhelpful complaining that their system is down not only that I had to wait 30 minutes for 2 boxes of tiles and tile cement to be taken from the back to the exit point of the building all to find the stuff were minding their own business not paying any attention to what I have requestedFurther more I was given the wrong tiles, this is no way to handle business!!
