This is by far the best Mr Price store. The service I get here is impeccable. It is like I have personal shoppers. The staff have ordered items for me online and searched for other items - really putting themselves out for me and consistently. I would like to bring special attention to Laaiqah, Candice and Dillon - a huge thanks to you all. Your efforts are greatly appreciated and you know I will always be back ;)

Ive been able to find some great buys. I love the fact that the return policy is uncomplicated. However, the store manager, needs to soften up. Her communication is a bit harsh, which she probably doesnt realize. I held my tongue a couple of times, in order not to check her attitude. However, the lady who checked me out was most pleasant and professional in her customer service.

What a beautiful clean and excellent service and the staff are always smiling and friendly and what a Good Manager but make the shop Big please..this is my favorite Mr. Price Seapoint I love it.

Clothing great for growing teens but I did not like clothing not for my age group

Their was a good variety of clothing in this branch compared to the JHB ones I know .

A good store for everyone of all ages both men and women but just note its mainly for teens. The store has many items on bargains so thats an extra plus not to mention the amazing clothing lineup that they have which changes per season, which keeps things new and interesting. I recommend this store and all other branches of Mr Price

Store experience was average however some members of staff were not fully Covid compliant with their masks only covering their mouths.

I waited 20mins in the queue,only 2 cashers. Service was bad.

Staff can be more aware of customers, if they see you walking up and down in the shop searching for something. Otherwise staff are friendly and professional. They have all the latest fashion clothing.

What I didnt like about the card machine there is no number on it then I must look on top and I must press down was confusing and my card was telling me that invalid pin because I couldnt see the numbers invalid it almost block my card

If you looking for reasonably priced clothes thats value for money this is the shop to visit they offer a variety of clothes and sizes from small children to adults. Dont visit them over month end though shops are always very full.

Air conditioner was not working. The store was extremely hot.

The lady followed me to get an extra bag I was holding that contained my uniform.When I asked why because it was for security purposes..this is despicable and very rude I am sure this store has security cameras...
