Recently moved to this industrial zone in Woodstock. Handful of parking bays for customers. Small reception/collection area, can accommodate about 3 people. Luckily I was the only person collecting. Out in under 1 minute. Efficient.

Such bad service. I was waiting the whole day. Just to receive a lie as a SMS and on my order history.Client could not provide positive proof of IDWhat utter nonsense.Nobody came to my workplace and nobody phoned me!!Poor poor service. And this after I called to ask for a delivery before 4PM.And this from Woodstock to Observatory!!Order #88404826 Nobody even called me!!

Lady assisting me with getting my returned item back was friendly and welcoming. Covid19 rules observed.

Gave it two stars for its poor location. It’s very shady, I was on foot and google maps showed me the walking pass above the railway along Railway Road. So many drunks and homeless people were sitting on that pass I didn’t even dare get close, as a woman I felt so unsafe. Had to ask a male colleague to accompany to pick up my things the next day.

Such friendly and helpful faces. Always a great experience.

Great pickup point...very safe for its area

Its a very random, hidden spot in a bit of a dodgy area. But the staff are fast and efficient and take just a few seconds to get my parcels. So its always a nice quick in and out for me.

I appreciate that this place makes it easy and convenient to make returns. Howevern this place is in an EXTREMELY dodgy location. As a 63 martial artist, I even felt uncomfortable going to this place to return some items. just down the street from this place appears to be an active drug-addicts den. I would highly recommend Takealot relocating if possible.

I’ve collected packages from this collection point on many occasions. It is difficult to find the first time, it’s not in the best area and there is no signage directing you to the collection point. So I would recommend using google maps. However, the process is quick and efficient and the staff are always very welcoming and friendly. I’ve never spent more than a minute inside waiting for a package. So I would recommend.

The place is in a sketchy area. The trip there was super super dangerous. There are groups of men just lurking around. It is not safe, especially for women.

I was there and the new location is so inconvenient. You cant walk you need to take a car there. Also theres a lack of parking as it shares parking with other companies in that precinct. You need to use Google maps to get there as it is located in a very complicated place. Why did you guys move? Your previous location was so much better and convenient

I dont think Takealot could have selected a worse location. Dreadful area, no signage at all, difficult to find. Unsafe for customers to drive around there and not at all accessible if you are using public transport. Really in terms of customer satisfaction and retention this is not the kind of thing that helps. Consider adding Pargo delivery options or something similar, collection points at major shops like PnP or Checkers. Generally I am very impressed with Takealot though after visiting the Woodstock collection point today my opinion decreased incredibly. Money saving taken to the extreme and a detriment to paying customers.

Fast and efficient service.

Small little place not an issue but stuck away in a little corner difficult to find. No signage to assist in the road or at the entrance. Would not have expected the office to be stuck away at the back of a business park. Once you locate it the assistance from the attendant gets you your item in next to no time.

For me personally I think the new location is terrible. So out of the way and very little parking. People using public transport will have to walk all the way from main Road to get here. Not sure what necessitated the move, but for me its a bad one.

This pickup point is so out-of-the-way! I didnt have any hassle with getting there, but thats only because Google Maps navigation worked well. I dont really see this as a primary shopping destination — I would rather get online purchases from a nearby locker thats available 24/7. In comparison, going to this venue for something small is weird. Also, the boxes that takealot uses are too big. It doesnt feel natural.

Odd location. Difficult to find the exact spot. Traffic is bad at peak hours.
