Quick and easy collection of Takealot orders, will cost you R25 to collect rather than have delivered, but I prefer collecting.

Not happy with this pick up point. The ladies working there giving attitude when returning items. Wasting my time and petrol just to return dog food its been 10days and stil Im sitting with the wrong dog food they sent me and when I asked what to do they just say go to the app. Coz they do not know what they should do. Poor service. Ill never support takealot or this pick up point ever again.

They are the best the ladies that work there always friendly and greet and have assisted me when I need to return eitems, they are the best and very efficient.

Conveniently located with plenty of parking. Only down side is that they used to have such friendly staff in Westlake, now they dont. I wont score them less for it, but its definitely something to work on for them.

I think the new Takealot Pickup location is great. So much easier to access the building than the old location. No need to wait for someone to open the gate anymore. Simply just pull up to pick up point and enter. So much quicker

Thanks to the incorrect google location, it took me 1hr and 45min to find this place...I understand it is a new location, but i did not sign up for a neighborhood tour in hopes of randomly stumbling on the store.I hope they fix this soon, for now a word for the wise... the store is on EVELYN ROAD!!!!

I waited 1day later for my order. My order was not delivered to my husband as I had requested. It was handed over to someone else.The units of items that I paid for were short. There not even a contact number available to report too.Poor service an not professional.They dont even call to say items are delivered to someone else other than person responsible for acceptance.

Been collecting quite a few items at Westlake, but today I was really impressed with the service. Ordered at 10:13am and was available for collection same day 4:25pm at Westlake. Friendly staff as well. Thank you.

This pickup point was very convenient for me as I was writing exams at Falsebay College Westlake campus which is just in front of this pick up point.

Very easy access and service make this a good option to collect your purchases from the best online outlet, thereby saving delivery charges and having to wait at home for the courier.

Much better location and access with this pick up point. However, can be awkward reversing out of the parking with the way some cars drive up the road

Fast efficient friendly

I placed an order and in less than 24hrs my order was ready for collection. The pickup point is close to home so this was extremely convenient. The staff member who assisted me was incredibly friendly and helpful. I have been buying from Takealot for many years and this was the first time I had opted to do the pickup as opposed to the delivery. The delivery service is excellent but I would not hesitate to use the pickup service in the future

I have been to this pick-up point twice now. I have always had very friendly service from behind the counter and both times the pick-up was very smooth and quick. The place was very easy to find for me. I just used Google Maps and looked at street view beforehand to make sure. Dont have anything bad to say at all, thanks for the service!

It shows they couldnt deliver my item due to lack of proof of ID. I am home and nobody came to deliver anything. And there is no number to phone them on. TakeALot call centre is not available either. I need the item today. :(

It not a place I would advertise to retail customers if I was Takealot. Have you ever walked into a very industrial area not really knowing where to go or what youre supposed to do? Well this feels very much like that. (It feels like the wholesale service entrance of a large business. Someone is going to come out and say, Sorry mate, wrong entrance, this is for trucks only). There is a single flag to tell you are in the right place but the massive barbed-wire fence, handed written intercom sticker and lack of parking make you feel like you are supposed to know a secret password to be allowed in. Once you find the door its fine. Nice friendly service... But Im not sure if I want to go back there, especially not at closing time.

Pickup point in a security area with an intercom that doesnt work??? When finally getting in behind someone visiting another company, letting the Takealot staff know about the issue is met with blank, disinterested and genuinely clueless stares...regular Takealot customers avoid this pickup point...Takealot, please sort out this poor situation...

Terrible experiance with takealot 3rd huge screw up. Placed and paid for an order on the 5th dec items were for collection on the 20th when i looked closer to the time they had shifted the collection date to the 30th dec the lady at the call center was less then helpful , so i go out and buy other presents , only to yesterday get a message to collect my parcells thank you takealot for the major inconvenience and for letting me waist more money !!! Will really think twice before using your services again !! Ps should actually be half a star

The directions from Google Maps to the depot are COMPLETELY wrong. They take you into the middle of nowhere with no access to the Westside Business Park. In fact the entrance to the Business Park is in Stibitz Road and not Ibis Way which the directions lead you to.
