Smooth pickup as long as you have your QR code ready. Also having to wait at the gate until someone sees you to open up before you can drive in can be a bit annoying. For security one can understand though, and it is located conveniently.

How does this happen, I ordered and paid for my purchase over a week ago, to be delivered on Friday this week.How do you only figure out 2 days before delivery that the item is out of stock.I am beyond unhappy, I order off of takealot regularly and have never experienced such disappointment.

To the extremely arrogant and condescending elderly white man behind the counter at this Takealot pick up point, we get it, you hate your job, unfortunately you HAVE to treat your customers with the utmost respect no matter what.I did NOT deserve the treatment I got from you yesterday. The sign outside your building clearly says ENTRANCE GATE 2, so naturally one would assume exit would be Gate 1. Its not the customers problem if you cannot operate your entrance and exits efficiently!I hope you can improve your atrocious attitude (and your humming and whistling in front of us isnt humorous or entertaining either).

Nice and speedy service (which is the typical Takealot experience). However, sometimes the gates dont open promptly so you could find yourself waiting for a minute or two. And its relatively far considering its supposed to be the Parklands branch.

If youre looking for less than average service, go to this pickup point. The staff herr were rude and condescending. Definitely not returning. If I could rate it negative, I would.

Staff great but internet coverage not good, would recommend that you screenshot your collection QR code before you get there as retrieving it while standing there is stressful. I still do like the convenient location.

Very friendly service, I just chose a bad time, when your scooter drivers were there for inspection.

Great pick up point as it is close to us. Easy to find but not always easy to access or exit, as the gate isnt manned by any one person.
