After weeks, no response on my broken bottle of Gin. I will not support you again. You are showing how not to do business, with increase in business. Do not hide behind the backlog statement on social media. Get your act together and service your loyal clients, or risk losing all the gains you made over the past months

I am not impressed with the customer service I have received recently. I do not agree with having to pay a return fee when the delivery fee on your website is high already. In normal times I would be allowed to drop my return off at the Cape Town office, so just because I cant currently do this I must now pay a return fee? This does not seem fair and nobody is responding to my emails... I had a few responses regarding my return but nothing since. My return was collected yesterday and I havent received a confirmation SMS or email? How am I meant to know it has been received?

OneDayOnly - there are no words to describe how shockingly bad your Customer Service is. Wont recommend you to anyone - the only reason you are awarded one star is because that is the only way I can let other people know NOT to order from you

I bought wine glasses of which one was broken. I have tried to call, with no answer and left numerous emails with no reply. If a member of staff sees this review please make contact.

The online pictures are really good compared to the product you receive, I have ordered a few things online and noticed that the quality you see online compared to what you really get in person is totally different - & you wait quite a while to receive your goods, not all the products but I have received a few that wasn’t too great. They do however keep you posted about what’s happening with your package etc. and when to expect it so big ups for that.

Worst online shopping experience ever!
