I WISH I had read all the reviews before I ever placed an order with this company. Daylight robbery. I have been waiting over a month for a refund and there is no feedback. Just an occasional email from Samantha saying that the matter has been escalated. Don’t ever buy here please. Take this advice and rather buy from Takealot (professional and responsive).

I am Very disappointed in the service of JUMIA. I have ordered things from here on BLACK FRIDAY and STILL HAVE NOT received any of my parcels.I have emailed inquiring about my parcel and have called numerous of times and NONE cares to HELP.Do yourself a favor save your money and order from a more reliable website.JUMIA is pathetic and NOT helpful at all.They tell you they will call you back and NEVER do that.I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE!!!!!!Will not recommend them to even my worst enemy.

To start off, I am only giving Jumia South Africa one star because Google does not offer negative ratings.Mine is actually quite a simple issue: I ordered an item from Jumia South Africa on 29 November, and 21 days later they still have not been able to deliver it.Despite assuring me that the item was out for delivery, their driver is already 10 days late, and considering it took NASA about 5 days to get to the moon and back again - I can only assume that their poor driver is well and truly lost (perhaps he took a wrong turn at the Bermuda Triangle or Mars?)What I find truly concerning is that no one seems to take responsibility for Jumias shortcomings, with every call being passed to the proverbial manager.Jumia appears to be by part of the Zando group and are part owned by MTN, which youd suppose would be a winning combination yet they seem to lack any semblance of a reliable infrastructure.They seem utterly unable to ship my one single item, and from what I gather, mine is unfortunately not an isolated incident.I would strongly advise that a perspective purchaser should not bother using this retailer.
