My Kitchen renovations commenced on 12 July 2021. From the onset there were issues. Boards were not delivered as promised NUMEROUS times. When the material eventually was delivered it was either the incorrect colour/size or it was just not delivered.It is now 26 July 2021 and until this moment my kitchen is still incomplete. I have been promised that tomorrow 27 July 2021 everything will be removed and replaced by 1300. Your track record is not good and I am expecting either a no-show or the material will be an incorrect size or colour...?!I have taken off from work to accommodate this renovation. I have paid a large amount for the material and what would be expected includes service delivery.I have never experienced this unprofessionalism, disregard and nonchalant attitude ever with any other service provider. I sincerely hope and pray you stand by your word that the kitchen cupboard installation will be complete by 1300 on 27 July 2021.You claim in your vision your greatest asset is our customer, time to re-think your vision or your attitude.....Utterly disappointed and frustrated in this ONGOING experience with Board For Africa.

Felt more like a nuisance than a customer when I asked for advise. Note to manager. Very unprofessional for staff to engage with customers while chewing food. There is a kitchen or mess room. Ended up buying my stuff further down the road past the circle.

Ive been to BFA twice during lunch hour and could not be assisted because staff was having lunch break. Would it not be beneficial if staff lunch time can be altered to 2 shifts so that there is always assistance when potential clients visit your store? I do understand that Friday comes with exceptions like Monday to Thursday!

This place needs to work on their customer service. Was in the store for about 20 min without anyone willing to assist. Literally stood with a board in my hand at the counter for a price but was totally ignored. Customers who came in after me was assisted instantly.

Front office sales guys not friendly. I get the feeling that this is normal... If youre a regular then it seems the heavens open... But if youre just a mere walk in you get a blank face and one word answers.Then yard guys are awesome... Happy go lucky and super helpful. However, one of the main guys at the gate didnt have any time for a query I had even telling me that it wasnt his department and that we should speak to some other bloke... He was correct and so I didnt feel bad about it...Until, another gentleman walked in with a long beard and Thoub asking the same main gate guy exactly what I had asked him just 3 mins prior... The main gate guy ran and pretty much cut and ushered out the materials himself.Didnt leave me feeling great... Puzzled as to why the difference in service...

1st we were not called to collect. Then upon collection and after driving home some of the items were missing and we had to come back. Very bad service.
