Ridiculous. No manager on duty to oversee client disputes.Ripoff. Example: you pay for 1.2mm thickness , your invoice says 1.2mm your price is for 1.2mm thickness. But then the actual product is 0,6mm thickness. When you point it out the staff is just clueless.
