Dropped off 3 duvet sets to be washed and ironed. Every one of them had to be replaced because a number of the threads had been caught on something and pulled.

Service is a little slow. Maybe they were just busy? Who knows

My experience with Dean and his workers were amazing, always delivers on time and ALWAYS willing to help out. I remember he even opened for me on Christmas eve even though he was meant to be at a dinner. Also when I needed my laundry and didnt have transport Dean drove thru to my place at no added cost. Great friendly service

Competitive pricing and service is relatively fast with friendly staff. They send you an sms once your laundry is ready for collection which is very convenient. Never had an issue with damaged or lost clothes. They close slightly early which is inconvenient for people working until/after 18:00

The worst service ever. I gave in my clothes at half past 7 in the morning when i got their by 5 in the afternoon it was not done after they said it would be done half past 4.And when I got my clothes the next morning my socks werent even volded up it was just pushed into the sides.
