My little lady came home smelling like a dream! The team at Sheenas took such good care of her and gave her a MUCH NEEDED grooming!Very quick, affordable, professional and friendly service!My first time using Sheenas, but Ill certianly be back!

Dogs hair cut very untidy and uneven. My puppys hair, they cut off all his hair when I asked them not to. The groomer said the hair will grow back when i mentioned that was not what i wanted. Two of my dogs were bleeding and they said it is not life threatening. The facility is dirty. They dont apply Covid rules, no one wears a mask and no hand sanitiser present. When Sheena heard I was unhappy, she made excuses for why things cannot be as I say it was and she was not even there when it happened. She is very unprofessional and I will never ever recommend anyone to use their service.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities need upgrading though. My dog came home with fleas. Consider tiling the place.

I am utterly disappointed and disgusted by the lack of professionalism and lack of customer service. I had taken my baby for grooming and when he came back he was not the same vigorous and bubbly Baby I know. I wouldnt advise anyone take their pets here. I dont know if my baby contracted a virus(as they keep on mentioning a virus) or some sort of abuse was in forced.

A gem I discovered. Forever grateful that I followed the postings on the FB page i.r.o. Sheenas dog parlour. Very hard to keep the nails of small breed dogs short, they dont really go for walks and are indoors most of the time. Wow, these two guys at the parlour are so well trained. It took them less than 4 min to clip our Malteses nails and there were no bleeding unlike TAH where I had our poodle taken to at the beginning of the year. We bought the same clipper at a Vet Shop, but to clip pups nails, is a mission. I call him a pup because hes small. Hes an adult 7yr old Maltese. The 2 gentlemen at the parlour are efficient, effective and professional. From now onwards Im a regular client. Thanks to you!

Bath service, Nails were never clipped, ears were never cleaned, anul gland was not squeezed out, it looked like she had been clipped with a grass clipper.
