Myself and Dougy Fivaz started the club 34 years ago, Doug left the club in 1992 to concentrate on the security part of the dog club and named it Cape Province Security. We started the first puppy classes in South Africa 30 years ago for 8 week olds and have never looked back. We run puppy classes, beginners classes, advanced classes, competition classes as well as Agility and jumping.

Still a fantastic place, I was here with our more senior dog 10 years ago and now my son is here with our latest addition. Well worth a visit.

Trainers and staff are friendly, patient. Price isnt too bad as well! They have a range from beginner courses to advanced such as agility training. Upon completion of a course, you receive a certification to make your pet look cool 😎.

If you have just got a puppy or even if you have an adult dog...you need to get to Cape Province Dog Club! The trainers are knowledgable and friendly and there are plenty of dogs (and humans) to interact with. Really lovely environment.

Very helpful people

I highly recommend the Cape Province Dog Club. Its a safe place to bring your new puppy from 8 weeks onwards for socialisation and training, or your older dog for behaviour management and obedience training. They dont train your dog for you, they help you learn how to train and bond with your own dog and equip you with everything you need to form the best possible bond with your pup. Weve hugely benefited from all the time spent training our first dog and are loving starting from the beginning again with our new puppy. Thanks to Julie and all the trainers for creating such a positive and encouraging atmosphere that we simply love to come.

Im Tracer, a boisterous Siberian Husky that has been coming here since I was 10 weeks old! Ive met a ton of pawsome friends, both big and smelly (erm, I mean small). There are loads of great smells here, and the hoomans keep dropping treats everywhere! Sometimes I have to do a sits, or a stands, or a down. Its okay though, because the treats are always the top-shelf stuff!5/5 for being a pawsome day out! You can even bring your pet hoomans! Plus there are ample water bowls for me to splash and empty! They just keep filling them up!! 😂🤣

The trainers are so helpful and nothing is ever rushed. I love it there and so does my pups.
