Jess is truly one of a kind. I have seen many trainers and behaviourists who do a lot of talking, but Jess really showed us how to understand our dogs and work with them and help them to understand us. We are eternally grateful for the stronger bond we now have with our babies!

I am so much more confident with Puppy now. 6 weeks of puppy school didnt teach us much, but one hour with Jess and we learnt enough to last us a lifetime. So powerful seeing someone work so beautifully and in tune with animals - Thank you, we are so blessed!

I wish I could give more stars because the dramatic change we have seen in Roxy since Jess has been a part of our lives is out of this world! She truly is gifted and anyone would be lucky to have their dogs communicate with Jess.

Jess is such a great teacher! When first meeting her we knew she was the right fit for us in communicating with our fur baby the right way. Like so many others, I called TALKdog with no real hope for any sort of miracle. I decided that nothing I did could make my problem worse because I could not even take my girl outside without her reacting and being so aggressive. It took months of work, but Jess never gave up and I saw progress everyday! I can now go on outings and take Bell out with me no problem - I never thought that would be possible.

Jess came in to see my lot last week who just wouldnt stop barking, at the fence, in the forest, and reactive to other dogs. After two sessions and following her methods, I am already seeing such a huge difference in my three. Everyday, working with them as I have been shown, is making them more and more manageable. A great teacher!!

I went through 3 different trainers and behaviourists before ringing Jess and Im so glad I made that one last call. Her approach to teaching Nelly obedience and dealing with her problem behaviours was so different to other trainers and it just made sense which made it so easy to follow. The results are the proof that this kind of training actually works and she simply adores her!

Jess is the most incredible woman with a huge heart for all animals. My little boy was struggling with anxiety and could not be left alone without completely destroying everything in the house. Jess came in, and after 2 weeks of following her guidelines and obedience programme, my little boy is an angel! I couldnt be more grateful!
