So my first impression was not a good one at all.....i called and the lady that answered basically told me that none of what is advertised on their website is currently available nor is their any staff in relation to these activities. So in essence what service are they actually offering, especially to a potential new client. I politely thanked her and thankfully found a company who actually wanted my business and listened. Highly disappointing!!!

I am absolutely shocked at the service of this dog day care. They do not check vaccinations cards so allow non vaccinated dogs in. They create new rules without communicating them to the the customers prior to the booking and the owner is absolutely appalling. I have never dealt with a lady so rude and inappropriate toward a customer and her staff. My dog also came home smelling of baby powder (which is not safe for dogs if they tend to lick their fur, so I am not sure what they actually used but neglected to communicate with me or ask my permission). my harness has been damaged and the owner blatantly lied and contradicted everything she told me, I actually had to wait in my car and she persisted to follow me outside and behave in a ridiculous manner. Please dog owners be very careful of who you trust your pets with. If anyone can recommend an over night care facility please comment. Very sad to see what a great business concept run so poorly buy a owner who has no understanding of customer service or respect for customers.

GAME CHANGER!! My dear puppy and I have had such an amazing experience at frits. As a lockdown pup, he battled with separation anxiety and @Frits has been so helpful and patient with us as we have worked through it - now my little guy spends his time at daycare playing the whole day with his friends and having a fabulous time. I love the live cameras, so that I can always see how he is doing - some of the really special moments I have witnessed include the handlers cuddling my pup during naptime, him playing with friends his size and him napping next to his friends (which shows just how comfortable he is now). Just amazing. Thank you to the team!!

Toby has been a frequent guest at @Fritz and they have always gone above and beyond in looking after him. Gives you some peace of mind to know that your pets are in good hands and being treated well.

On my own mistake I booked the day care for the wrong day, I called to ask if I could change the date and the lady who helped me on the phone helped so quickly and effortlessly and gladly fixed the date for me!! didnt get her name but thank you so much for being so accommodating!! Yuri cant wait to come later this week! :)

My cat stayed here for more than a week before she could catch her flight to emigrate with us. The team here is loving and caring and you immediately get the sense that your pet is in good hands. Every day we received photos, videos and messages updating us exactly on our little girls well being. I could see how attached my cat was getting to the staff, who was showering her in love and affection.The area she stayed in was clean, beautiful, fun and a clear cat heaven.These people work with members of your family and they clearly know it. The comfort and love they give to the owners and pets make it such a special experience. I will always be grateful to @Frits and all the amazing people who work there.

My entire experience of Frits left me with every bit of confidence in leaving my dog there whenever necessary in the future. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout. Mainly though, my dog came home and it was very evident that he was happy and content after each day he spent there. I commented on several occasions that I am so impressed with my experience of Frits and I have no reservations whatsoever about leaving my dog there at any point in the future.

Had a wonderful experience. We booked our cat into the hotel for the first time and everything went smoothly. We received regular updates on how our cat was doing. When we went to fetch her she barely seemed to notice that we had left her at all! A big thank you to Naziemah and Memory for the great care.

I have 3 dogs that goes to Atfrits daily for daycare and one elderly doggie that gets physio. They have the best time. Their tails wag with the staff and the care they received is next level. You can sense every staff member genuinely cares for each and every animal that enters their doors.

I have been taking my dogs to @Frits Pet Hotel since they opened, and quite honestly I wouldnt go anywhere else! Their care for clients and animals makes us feel like we are part of the family. Ive been buying raw dog food from @Fritz for the past few months. They have been incredibly helpful in ordering stock specifically for me with only a few days notice. They are always happy to help and go out of their way to make the process as simple and convenient as possible! I havent used the daycare or hotel facilities but wouldnt hesitate if the need arose. Special thanks to Sailas for always going the extra mile :)

I took our two staffies to AtFrits and was really impressed by the whole experience. Sailas was very professional in helping us and completely changed our view towards leaving our dogs while we go away. They were well looked after and received the best home-away-from-home experience we could have asked for!

Fritz has become Flynn’s second home! Living in a flat in Cape Town with an energetic doggo is not easy - Fritz has completely solved that problem for us! Really not a good experience at all. My 9 month old puppy came home everyday reeking of urine! She did not want to go into the building on the second day which told me everything I needed to know. We were not allowed to see the facilities but were told there are cameras. On cameras you cannot smell the stench or see the hygiene properly. Every time I did look on the cameras the handlers were either sitting on their phone or talking to the other staff over the wall. There was no interaction with the dogs! She has been at day care since 14 weeks old and has never had such a bad experience. I don’t normally like complaining or writing anything publicly but this is not just a dog but our fur babies. Needless to say after a few days she never went back!!

Always great service. My dog gets very excited when she sees where we are going. They take great care of your pets.

Staff was OK but not overly welcoming. Check in was easy because dogs were already in their system. But I still had to complete a manual form about their diet, sleeping location etc. Why not record all of this in their records? One of the dogs came home with urine stains. Not sure how that happened.

We are all so precious about our fur babies especially when we go on holiday and are not able to take them with us. @Frits Pet Hotel is 5 star! They hosted Jody, our senior bully for 6 days and took the utmost care ensuring her comfortability. She received the correct dosage of her daily medication as well as maintaining her feeding and sleeping routine to mimic her home-living condition as close as possible. We received daily WhatsApp messages and videos of our bully which put our minds at ease whilst we holidayed. We highly recommend @Frits Pet Hotel to fulfil a job when you aren’t able to.

My fur baby and I loved every moment with @Frits. They honestly updated me the whole time of how my baby is doing and got lots of photos, the live camera also helps a lot, I kept on looking what he was up to, and if I didn’t see him, I send them a WhatsApp and they updated me on how Rocco is doing and where he is at that moment.HOWEVER the one thing I didn’t like, is that there is no form of grass or even artificial grass to do their thing on, so they easily learn to do their thing on the floor. Rocco never did his thing in the house on the tiles, he would always alert me that he wants to go outside, and the day we got home, we were home for about 2 hours, he peed on the floor whilst the door was opened. And that was my main concern the moment I saw on the cameras that their is no grass. So I kind of have to learn him again that it’s not acceptable.ALSO, the 20% discount voucher I got, clearly stated it’s a 20% Discount voucher on ANY FOOD PURCHASE. When I bought food, with my “20% discount on food” voucher, they told me it’s not for food ?? So I payed full price for the food and got 20% discount on the jacket I bought for Rocco. I wasn’t very happy with this as the voucher claims the discount is for FOOD!But, I would still take him to @Frits and would highly recommend it to everyone. It’s really a great experience and they really take great care of your fur baby. I just hope you take this as positive critic and try to improve on this.Thank you @Frits, Rocco and I love you ❤️

My baby Goofy Girl, 9 yr old spend 7 days at the Frits hotel. 10 out of 10 for the staff helping her to settling in. Day 2 she already forgot about her anxieties, made so much friends and cherry on the cake my daily updates(pics and videos). atFrits Pet Hotel and DayCare you rock. Me and my family who could enjoy our vacation still seeing our baby on CCTV 24 hrs without any network issues. Lots of blessings to Yanic and her crew

An absolute pet haven. I have booked my cat in for the December holidays and after seeing their new premises, I dont think hes going to want to come home. The rooms are packed with shelves to climb and fun toys to play with. The activity area is on the roof so the cats can look over the city and take in tons of fresh air.

I had the most amazing experience at atFrits today. At first I was a bit nervous to leave my dog (just like any parent that take their kid to school for the first time), but it was so comforting to see how well the staff integrated my dog into the daycare system. I loved the transparency with the live cameras.

I left my Yorkshire there for a very long time. Despite the fact that we could see everything from the cameras provided (a real plus), all of the staff were really helpful and thoughtful with everything. Id recommend and will definitely trust my dog there again if I ever need.

It was my first morning bringing my 6 month old staffie to the Fritz. The employee that works at the front desk was incredibly rude, impatient & unhelpful. As I’ve never been there before, I thought I had all the right paperwork. I did not.I didn’t have the kennel vaccine, which my vet doesn’t offer. So, instead of assisting & explaining it to me the lady at the front desk dismissed me & didn’t care to explain. It was a horrible experience & I heard such good things about the hotel but I’m struggling to see the positive after this experience.

The best animal hotel ever. If your dog has all the requirements Injections then to stay over for just a few hours or a weekend, then this place will be the best bet.

My toy poodle, Magic, absolutely loves it here. We can’t get him to come home half the time. Silas has given me tons of recommendations with regards to food and health for my little baby. My little boy is absolutely beside himself for Vusi, over all I find the staff to be very friendly and attentive to my little nugget.I’ve been taking magic since he was 6 months old. Going to the fritz has helped turn him into a very social happy pup. I really could not praise this place any higher.When bringing your baby listen to the advise of the staff, introduce them slowly. I think people think there dogs will be stoked from the very first moment. Of course any new environment takes some getting used too.

Offering exceptional service this business is very well run by owner Yanic. Dedicated, caring and knowledgeable staff love and pamper dogs like nowhere else. The downstairs hotel rooms (for overnight stays) are well appointed - incl. TVs, and hilariously named. Upstairs is the daycare area with areas for dogs of various sizes and ages. Also check out the various canine outfits on offer and a good range of foods / toys. Five-star for sure!

Amazing business, competitive pricing and central location but found it isn’t suited for dogs that can’t say no to a party. Would get my husky back from daycare super hyped up for a good hour or two before he crashes and be mandown the next day. Not ideal if you have a dog prone to hip / back issues. Seems like they do not closely monitor each specific pup or create a quiet environment based on suitable groupings.

The Cat sitter Naziemah, is just a brilliant lady and will ensure your cats are perfectly looked after with lost of love and compassion

Received my dogs back reeking of pee and poo, (unbearably so that the 1st thing we did is give them a lovely scrub and bath session) im just thank full they did not pick up any infections as they are both old (10 years), unfortunately my moms dog was not so lucky and had to be taken to the vet the same day she was picked up. Confused staff and extremely inconsistent service (and I use the word service loosely). At over R 500 per dog per night for the option we took it was very disappointing. Is this why the public is not allowed access to where the dogs are kept cause then the facade of at Fritz will be revealed. Definitely not recommending @Frits to anybody in the future.

The staff and owner of Frits are really amazing! Their service is unmatched and the facilities ate really something else.I can with the greatest pleasure and peace recommend Frits - they take your pet and really care for then as if its their own.The follow up and the attention to detail is amazing. And the owner really cares about the animals and makes the owners feel that their pets will be taken care off.

Frank loved his recent month-long stay at @frits! Thank you to Silas and his team for looking after him so well and indulging his high-energy playfulness so well. Being away from my best friend for a month wasnt easy, but knowing that he was in good hands and that I could check in on him on the live camera app, gave me peace of mind.

READ BEFORE YOU BOOK AT ATFRITS! I have never been so disappointed with service received before! If I could rate AtFrits 0, I would! When we collected our cat after a two week stay, we were told our account had an unpaid balance, even though we make sure to always pay everything upfront. Even all the emails clearly state that full payment is required at check-in, however at check-in this supposed unpaid balance wasnt mentioned. What a shock to check in with no problems but then when we return for check out, charges which we were NEVER quoted for suddenly pop up. They called the manager, who happened to be offsite, who shouted at me over the phone for 20 minutes about their rates and asked me to do the calculation of what we owed. We have never had a smooth booking as the website has all sorts of problems. It doesnt take into account the long-stay discount and you need to call and request a new quote for discount to be applied, and the booking calendar isnt updated to reflect proper availability. I used to recommend AtFrits despite the shocking admin, now I will never say another positive word about AtFrits again. You have lost a customer and gained a critic. What makes this more sad is that Naziemah really loves and takes such good care of the animals, but the terrible admin is sure to stop repeat business.

I gave @Frits a low review. Heres why. Please read before using @FritsWe left our cat there over the weekend as we had an out of town wedding to attend. The website convinced us that @Frits was the best place to leave your cat safely. We trusted this place as we believed they were professionals and knew how to take care of cats while we were away. (we also just moved to Cape Town and did not have anyone else to care for him). I also want to mention that our cat since we got him at 2 months old has never since then come into contact with any other cats, he is also fully vaccinated.At first the place does look a little disorganised, they were dogs in the reception so that scared our cat even more so than he already was. We go upstairs to the cat hotel and were a little perturbed by the scene. No one greeted us at the door, we had to find someone to check our cat in. We then met the lady who runs the cat hotel and she was lovely and friendly and that gave us assurance that our cat was in safe hands with a professional. After introductions, we were taken to the enclosures which we were not happy with. We expected the cats were put into rooms but were surprised to see that they were put into enclosures within a room with a bunch of other cats, some even free roaming. This did not make us feel comfortable. Nevertheless, we had no choice but to set him up in an enclosure where there were 2 cats free roaming. The place was overbooked and so we got an enclosure that was another cats at the time but that cat was checking out at a later time. This was also something we were not comfortable with as it seemed like they were going to have to move our cat to another enclosure once they has enclosures available later in the day. We then left him in his enclosure and spoke to the lady who started filling in forms. She asked us if our cat has ever gotten the snuffles, we firmly said no as he has never been sick nor come into contact with any other cats since we got him. She carried on filling out the forms and then we were on our way. Over the weekend, she sent us videos to assure us our cat was ok. He was not eating but seemed affectionate towards her which we took as a good sign. She assured us that its normal that he isnt eating as he is still uneasy about his new surroundings. We were so eager to pick him up on the Monday as we missed him so much. We get to the pet hotel and then to the enclosure we left him in only to find another cat in the enclosure. They had moved him our cat to another enclosure and when we found him we were horrified to find a bald patch under his eye. This really upset us as our cat has never had any issues before. We spoke to the lady in charge again and she assured us that it is normal and that we shouldnt worry as he probably was rubbing his head against something that took the hair off. Again we left it, whilst chatting to her about our cat and how he was, she mentioned more than once that our cat did come into contact with other cats but when I questioned her about it after she changed her answer to say he did not come into contact with any cats. We packed up his stuff and left the pet hotel. He ate some food at home, but that night he started sneezing and this is where I have to stress again that our cat before the pet hotel did not come into contact with other cats and since we brought him home, he has been sneezing constantly, not eating, sleeping the whole day and night and has lost weight. Our cat clearly had the snuffles, (for the first time). This really shook us, we get back from a weekend away, thinking our cat was in good hands but he came home looking dreadful and has the snuffles. For R150 a day, I would rather have spent a lot more money to ensure my cat comes home exactly the way I left him. Even if you do pay for a more expensive enclosure at @Frits, the caretakers can still carry infection on their clothes from enclosure to enclosure.Needless to say, I cannot use in good faith use @Frits again. It was an experience that was good at first but then ended terribly.

Its clean, well kept and Mila loves it. It also helps that the manager is a trained animal medical professional. Theres also 24hr camera visibility. The doggos are also supervised at all times.

So happy to let my pooch while away the day at this lovely doggy (and cat) hotel. Great pet goodies for sale as well.

It took me a while to write this review because I wanted to make sure that I was not just being a paranoid mom... I read all the good reviews and ignored the bad and was too excited for my baby bulldog to have a nights stay at “the best” doggy hotel in town. Much to my disappointment, we arrived at 6am to a very confused, unorganized situation. After much frustration we managed to convince the staff on duty that we had prebooked and prepaid our Hogey into a Deluxe Suite for the night. To our absolute dismay, we were led into a warehouse of out of control barking dogs and AGAIN.. further confusion as to the supposed “Deluxe Room” where our Hogey was boarding. We were led into a room which remotely resembled the glamorous dreams we were sold on the website. It smelt of piss, feces and was completely dark and morbid. Being in the situation we were in, we had no choice but to trust the “professionals”.. and leave our Hogey there for the night. In the morning, we had to inquire on 3 separate occasions after checking the camera footage as to why our dog was not interacting with the other resident doggy’s we had so much wished for. Eventually, 3 irate calls later we were able to see him interacting with the other dogs as he so much loves to do. The next morning I fetched a scared, bewildered baby bulldog that had the worst experience of his life. He smelt so badly of urine and was so subdued that I didn’t even recognize my own dog. In fact, it is a week later and he is still not the same. P.S Upon booking him in, we completed the special instructions section of the booking form, we asked for a wash, brush and nail trim. This was completely ignored, forgotten or overlooked. To all loving pet owners, don’t be silly like me and ignore all the bad reviews because they truly are real! Our baby has never been the same after returning from this cleverly marketed, money-making establishment.No one even bothered to check that all his vaccinations are up to date etc.

My dog came home very happy. They also have great services, like live cam feed of your dogs, supervised swims, solo walks, grooming and a store.

Naomi and Randal are angels!!! They were VERY helpful and friendly! I would love to make use of atFrits services again!

Really like the vibe here and the way they treat the animals and the customers. The coffee section was closed and the one lady brought my coffee/tea because I was going to wait. Its those little things...

I wish I could give 10 stars! We have a Jack Russel x Bull Terrier who has fear aggression and gets scared/nervous very easily. We wanted her to go to @Frits in order for her to socialise with other furr babies and people. I was VERY nervous as I know how she gets. She first went for an assessment and then we booked her in a few days later. I was watching on the live cameras set up on my phone, and she looked very scared. A few minutes later Yanic called me and explained that she is not coping and they are going to take extra special care of her. She answered all my questions and reassured me that Lily was in great hands. Every time we drop her off, I get updates of how its going along with pictures and videos. You can see these people have a real passion for animals, and that calms me down, knowing they care for them and they are not just there for the money. I cannot commend this place enough and would recommend everyone to go! Just make sure all your vaccines are up to date, especially kennel cough. Thanks for all you do, love this place and staff!!

Best place to take your fur buddy for a holiday

Very convenient, open all hours, able to accommodate you at short notice. Clean, funky place and super friendly staff.

Was highly recommended by my daughter , but dont think as a first timer there , I would ever return . Obviously the staff cant or dont understand their booking system and if payment was made or not . On Saturday 15 th we arrived there just before eleven . Then it took a while before the lady found the online booking and payment . Then she said no where she can see that we booked a wash cut etc . So we made the arrangements there , paid and said pickup Sunday at 11H00 . After driving all the way there we were informed the arrangement was for 3 . Long story short we had to go back to fetch Buddy at 2 . Then we were informed we still owe 200 something rand. Then the little material bag we brought his stuff in was gone .It seems a lot of money went in the business regarding facilities , stocks etc . But really if you cant invest in good trained staff the rest wont be good enough to upkeep the Frits name.Just want to add that after the owner / manager saw my review .They immediately contacted me. Apologised offered to pay back all my money and immediately took action to prevent anyone else having such a experience. And that is all I wanted to achieve through my review . Taking money from them would be unfair because my dog stayed over , had a grooming session and after all was looked after . Thanks you guys for the positive response and actions .

My cat Emma just checked out at the the new atFrits Cat hotel. The manager Naziemah is very knowledgable and I received updates from her regularly. I have one happy cat now!

Incompetent to care for pets. Staff are poorly trained, space is limited and dirty, and the owner lacks management skills. Not for my pets, there are better in Cape Town.

I dont recommend this day care whatsoever. The pens are small preventing the dogs from running around and they have far too many dogs in the pens. Took my dog there for a couple of months as I purchased x2 20 day packages. Every time we collected him he smelt of pee and he suffered a none stop eye infection since he started at Frits which would flare up after each visit to the day care. We switched day cares over a month ago and we havent had any health issues with his eyes / ears.Last note, after a series of arguments with management regarding the issues I mentioned above we requested them to refund the amount we had remaining on our account which they refused - so be aware and rather take your loved pooch elsewhere.

I cannot recommend the grooming service at At Frits because my appointment wasnt honoured. Naomi brings your whole institution to shame! I brought my Shiba Inu in for the pre- arranged time only to be met by a very confused Sailas and no groomers. This is after I used the online booking service and had a telephonic conversation with Naomi regarding said grooming appointment. If there was a half star or 0 star option I would choose it.

Dont send your dogs here! Just seen somebodys pet running out on the main road in peak traffic , with the staff trying to catch it and not showing much enthuiasim to do so. That is somebodys pet you idiots.

A passion and love for dogs!Thats how I would describe the owner and staff at @Frits Dog Hotel.The owner, Yanic is an amazing person who is very passionate about the well-being of animals, especially dogs. The staff at the hotel are all well trained and love dogs. Ive been there numerous times and every time I go im greeted by friendly faces and waging tails.This place is amazing... the things dreams are made of!Well done to the owner and her team!All the publicity they received is well deserved!Happy Birthday - 1 Year old on 1 Dec 2016Highly recommended!

Im not happy with Fritz Dog Hotel. I have had very mixed reviews from locals. I know the manager (a good guy who loves animals & has experience) who I trust but I can imagine he has been given instruction by the owners to meet targets. I do feel the animals arent being cared for properly as they are being crammed & doubt they are being walked well if at all.Today, I very hesitantly left my dog for a 6 hour stay as I was on a course. He usually goes to another place but in the opposite direction to where I was going (he loves it there as we cant get him to leave & then he leaves smiling, tail wagging).Upon collection today, he was desperate to get out as he was running manically backwards and forwards towards the door, peeing himself & shaking. I took him home in a traumatised state , which lasted for 45mins. I had to calm him as he hid his face behind the curtain (never done this before), panting hard & very stressed.1) There is absolutely no outside area for them to play, pee and poo.2) There were far too many dogs in each of the very small pens. The first pen had so many big dogs (approx 12 of them) who couldnt move around freely at all. Pens approx 4m x 4m. They were so anxious, you see it in their faces. Many of them were stress barking, which is distinctive from normal barking. Many were trying to escape.3) When we got home he had a long dark coloured pee, which was indicative that he hadnt been taken out for a walk during the day as I had been promised and held it in.I double checked this. I was hesitantly told that he had been to Green Point Park. Today, it was 30degrees; a park walk in midday heat on the tar mac (burnt paws) or even on the grass would have been excruciating for any dog. I would have expected them to have taken the dogs to the sea for a cool splash but I believe the walk was a fabrication.Arriving at home he drank a whole bowl and another half of water (he only ever drinks half a bowl) meaning that he may not have had access to water during the day to re-hydrate. Or perhaps there were too many dogs to feel he could drink freely as he had to watch his back? In any case, his behaviour wasnt normal.4) There were not enough staff. There was a very unwelcoming woman on reception.Another, lady, who obviously didnt have a penchant for dogs as she grimaced & backed away from my dog when he entered. He is a well known good natured breed.Upstairs, where the small pens are, there was one member of staff who looked like a cleaning lady, with her overalls on, not an animal helper. There were NO helpers in the pens watching over the dogs or keeping them company as falsely advertised in the pictures Fritz hotel website.5) I feel they tell you what you want to hear as I mentioned that I was worried about how the dogs were barking but was brushed off with they are only doing it because you are here but they quieten down. This wasnt true I could hear them from the minute I parked my car outside on arrival, all through the time I was in reception (10mins) and also when I arrived back later.... I am absolutely kicking myself and feel like a terrible hu-mum this evening. I knew when I left my dog there this morning, he was not happy nor were the other dogs. He was trying to jump over to me from the fence, he was so distraught. I contemplated taking him out of there straight away but was eased as I had been told that each pen got taken out for a walk in their dog size, which then I assumed would free up space and each time for the remaining dogs to be happier until their turn. So I calculated he would be out for at least 1.5hrs, & the rest of the day there would be more space for him to play for the remaining 4.5hrs.There were toys in each of the pens but not one dog was playing with them. None of them were happy.I think this place could work, if there were a limit on number of dogs, more qualified staff & verification that the dogs are being walked properly & responsibly by trained people.Are these places regulated by an animal authority? This one should be!

Not a review but just booked for 5 nights in December when we are travelling to CT from Jhb for the holidays. Decided to search for reviews which I obviously should have done first. Very nervous about this looking at the negative reviews, just hope that these issues have all been ironed out.

Excellent place for your dog to enjoy at the hotel. No outside play area though.

I would not recommend this place to anyone!I was super excited to take my doggy there for the first time. I woke up with a massive agenda of what had to be finished the day and eager to see the dog hotel that has been so well advertised. I even mentioned it to everyone due to my excitement.Just to get into the shop already made me extremely nervous. Security definitely is NOT SECURE (Ill get back to this).As I went to reception I was not greeted, just an angry stare and a very rushed can I help you and then the receptionist basically started yelling at me because I wasnt informed my dog needs his medical history book (thanks for the heads up Naomi, we spoke on the phone three times the day before). I was treated like a criminal or someone trying to take chances with the receptionist. I took the sign in form and gave him my vets contact details and decided to brush the very bad feeling I had off and move on.Another lady came in with her dog and this receptionist attacked both of us the same time and she also said to him (a few times) he shouldnt be so rude to clients and stop yelling. Like the other lady we werent informed of all the required paperwork and were now treated by this man as absolute criminals and he was literally yelling when we both decided that there will be no chance we leave our loved ones in his absolutely histerical and aggressive care.As we left the hotel bums circled us and I said sorry I do not have anything for you and the one man screamed then why you park here. Myself and the other lady were attacked inside and outside of this hotel. As she put it all the good media to this place is FALSE. My plans for the day were ruined and I had to drop everything, drive 80km back home with a very rattled and upset dog because of this absolute traumatic experience. I was crying all the way back home, I have never been treated so badly.Keep your pups safe from this agro person and save yourself the time and energy.
